The staff has always been super professional to speak with over the phone and willing to walk with you to show things such as colors or just small detail you might not have noticed. I could go on and on about how happy I am with them. I have never had a bad experience with them or a miss printed shirt. I have found that with other companies but not this one. the owner prefers perfection, rather than just trying to get them out the door in a hurry. I mean my customers who I sell my shirts to Would hate me if I was selling them junk, but that is never the case with black ink. I know other people would find all this to be true.

My review will highlight why I am glad I discovered Big Frog custom shirts. When I first entered their store I was greeted by Jake, a semi-young looking chap who was the same kind fellow who answered the phone when I called and put me at ease when he gave me assurance that the custom job (a difficult one that other companies said couldn't be done) could be accomplished. Jake was very helpful in spelling out the process and the approach he would take to fix the apparel I brought (t-shirts, jackets, hooded sweaters) to him and was very professional, helpful, and courteous from start to finish. Being local family owned and operated made me even happier to discover them and after successful completion of my custom apparel job, I have gained the confidence to give them a few more t-shirt jobs for our businesses to which they also successfully completed. From design, to listening, to production, the entire staff (ie. Jake, Rachael, Kathryn, and Claude) were extremely helpful in executing the look and feel I was looking for. So thank you to him for that. I even made a shirt for my 3 year old due to their no-minimum policy which was awesome. If I can mention one critical remark it is that they forgot to print a logo on the front of a few shirt that I printed with them, but I am confident that they will own to their small oversight as they had in the past when any mishap occurred. Also, their 1 day turn around can happen, but I think you have to specifically request that on your orders, otherwise expect a longer turnaround time. Thank you very much for your hard work guys. I had three different colors and they selected the perfect color and font that will see clearly on all. One thing I liked about this company is that upon drop off, they will email you a rendering of your product before completing the job. I really appreciated this feature because he asked for feedback and approval before moving forward. The job did not take long even though I dropped off around Christmas time. The price was even better, I could not believe the price I paid for the quality of services. I called the company after a google search around 10am, by 1130am, I had a returned call and voicemail. Later that day I was dropping off my order. Once my order was completed, I received an email that allow me to pay for my order online via email or card which is very convenient. They also offered a deliver service which I did not use as I live so far away. However, they offer delivery upon completion which is great. Overall awesome and I do mean awesome experience with Elliot Graphix. I have used so many other print and embroidery shops all over the U.S. and the service stands out here. He continued to keep communication open and replied promptly when I reached out. He even offered to meet me so that I wouldn't have to drive to the print shop. I was very appreciative of that.
