I arrived 10 minutes early to a very pleasant staff and was taken back at 10:45, acceptable. An assistant came in, took vitals and left. At 11:07 I had still not seen the doctor, so I left. I had been looking forward to the appointment because he came highly recommended. Unfortunately, I work and can not afford to take a half day for a doctors visit. (45 minutes there, 45 back and an hour at the office) The staff seemed nice, they gave me back my office visit fee and offered to reschedule, but I am not going to wait another 7 weeks and they could not guarantee it would not be a repeat performance. They would not refund the labs nor offer to provide them, currently disputing charges. Sent a message to the doctor via the portal, crickets. I guess I am not his target as I can not work within such a business model. If you have a bunch of time, I guess they are good, again, never responded to email about my experience....Good Luck!!

Now he has his own practice, and it is professional, personal, well run, and always helpful with everything from squeezing in an appointment to navigating insurance questions. I trust him with the serious stuff (including multiple biopsies) and equally with the decidedly less serious stuff. Despite my best efforts to convince him otherwise, he takes a conservative, natural approach to cosmetic treatments, which is exactly why I trust him completely with Botox, filler, and peels. He knows when to say yes, when to say no, and when to remind me that I do not, in fact, need more. Most recently, I brought my young daughter in for a minor skin issue. After 10+ years as his patient, there's probably no better endorsement than trusting him with one of my children. I went to the Sleep and Sinus Center for surgery.  After two and a half hours, Dr. Edwards advised…read moremy wife that the surgery went well and that they had just moved me to recovery.  Soon they heard something fall hard on the floor.  Barbara, the nurse who prepared me for surgery, went to the lobby calling for Dr. Edwards.  My wife heard Dr. Edwards screaming, "Wake up, Marvin, Wake up!"  Finally, my wife went to the office manager and asked if they would call an ambulance and let her in the back, or she would have no choice but to call the police.  It was then that my wife saw me lying on the floor, in a puddle of blood.  THE NURSE DROPPED ME WHILE I WAS IN RECOVERY AND SEDATED. The ENT ABRAHAM STATED THE NURSE WAS RUSHING ME TO WAKE UP TO GET TO THE NEXT PATIENT. I had to be transported to the hospital for a concussion, my knee had to be drained, and I still have scars on my nose and lips that the dermatologist could not repair. Oh yeah, and I need a root canal.
