I am extremely disappointed in this facility as it relates to sleep study testing. I came in for a…read moresleep study. I live with someone who is extremely ill and asked all staff if they would wear a mask in the room while attending to me. They agreed, but proceeded to not wear a mask the entire visit. I currently use a CPAP and explained this multiple times in preparation for the study. They explained that my referral was written for a diagnostic study, and I would not be put on a CPAP unless there was an emergency. In the middle of the night, I struggled to breathe and woke up out of my sleep, gasping for air multiple times. This is expected as I have extremely bad sleep apnea. I explained to the technician what was happening. She simply shrugged her shoulders and said I don't know. I can tell she had just woken up herself. This is not my first sleep study. In the past when I struggled to breathe, they put me on a CPAP is an intervention. I have a neurological condition that makes me extremely light sensitive. At the end of the study, she turns on bright fluorescent lights at 4:50 AM and tells me it's time to go. She says that I will need to come back to re-do the study because I never got in a deep enough sleep. She then proceeds to give me a paper to rate my experience. It's hard to get into a deep sleep when you can't breathe. As professionals they should've recognized that. This honestly feels like a ruse to get more money from my insurance company. Now I will have to look for another provider and complete this study all over again.

I couldn't have possibly had a more proficient surgeon had I dreamed one up! Lol. I'm one of those people who really research anyone who is going to be my medical professional. Simply because you only have one life, & you want the best to work with & on you. Plus, i have to be extra thorough in screening doctors because I am a transgender male. It can be very difficult to find good medical care. Someone who isn't going to treat you like an experiment or a mental case. So, you can imagine my excitement when i discovered Dr. Hawkins! My first initial visit with Dr. Hawkins was great. She took me to her office, got to know me, & asked me many questions about what i had been going through. She presented me with options I had not thought of, & gave me some new information that I had not considered. She checked me out, & I was on my way. Days later my body went haywire!!!! It was a nightmare! I was pouring blood, & having huge blood clots. Which had happened once before. I had to change pads & tampons every 30 mins to an hour. I was experiencing difficulty even getting through the day. So, i kept in contact with her medical assistant Jessica. Jessica & Dr. Hawkins make a superb team! Jessica went above & beyond her call of duty. Any time I called her, she was so calm & reassuring! She helped me any way she could! One of the difficult parts about this whole process was that my uterus had literally grown as if i was carrying a baby. It was about 9 inches long. It was up in my abdomen. I had to go to the hospital at least 3 times, & one of those times was an overnight stay that I had to receive a blood transfusion. My leg & foot had almost doubled in size. I went to my podiatrist, & she referred me to a vascular doctor. He discovered I had multiple blood clots in both legs. My uterus was literally tearing my body apart. A year earlier I had been seeing a urologist. My uterus was causing the problem with my bladder. Dr. Hawkins had discovered that my uterus was so large that it was not only crushing my bladder, but sitting on a large vein or vessel (can't remember which) in which was causing the blood clots because the blood couldn't flow properly to my legs. Consequently, I had to have an IVC filter put in to even have the surgery. I had already had one pulmonary embolism due to the blood clots. Dr. Hawkins even admitted to me that this may be a little bit more difficult then she expected. She never gave up though. She consulted with an oncologist that specialized in difficult situations like this. She did her homework. Once I was able to finally have my surgery I was overjoyed!!!! Finally all my agony was about to be over! The day of the surgery Dr. Hawkins reassured me that everything would be fine. My surgery went spectacular. No problems during or after. Once I was okay, she even came to see me on her own personal time. I felt very taken care of by her & her team. Healing went extremely well. My incision is barely visible. My girlfriend, a nurse, even said it looked like artwork. Clean, thin, & beautiful. If you're looking for a surgeon that is intelligent, knowledgeable, & personable do yourself a favor & go to Dr. Hawkins! Best decision of my life!

When I began…read moreexperiencing issues days after an invasive surgery the office staff gave me a hard time about requesting to be seen in person prior to a six week follow up visit. They were rude and argumentative even after I thoroughly explained what had been happening with my body. This happened not once but twice. The second time was in front of my primary doctor who called to try to get me seen after I explained what had been happening. By this time I had even been in the ER in which Dr. De did not come to see me there while at the hospital and I was still given a difficult time to be seen in person. When I was able to be seen by Dr. De she was not familiar with my chart which was evident by the questions that she asked. She even gave contradicting information from what she had previously said on a televisit call about a procedure performed during surgery. Even on the six week follow up visit, I expressed concerns about what I was continuing to experience. The symptoms progressed even after a test was ordered but I received no direction or guidance on what I could be experiencing and how to manage it. I had to send multiple messages in the portal before she would even address the issue. It was a stressful and terrible experience with FPWCG and I do not recommend Dr. De to anyone after everything that I have endured which is far beyond what is included in this review.

I went to see Dr. Molina after getting a piece of wood lodged in my hand, and I received the best care possible from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Molina was wonderful--gentle, clear, thorough, and highly professional. His genuine demeanor immediately put me at ease and reassured me that I was in the right place and in excellent hands. In today's world, it is rare to find a physician and surgeon with such outstanding bedside manner. Dr. Molina truly cares about his patients, and that level of compassion is both refreshing and admirable. The office staff was equally impressive--friendly, professional, and welcoming. Every time I visited, I was greeted with warm smiles and treated with kindness and respect. I have nothing but praise for this practice and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a hand specialist. In today's world not many Drs/Surgeons have the manner which he has, it is very admirable that he truly cares about his patients. The nurses that took care of me before and after my procedure were wonderful - I am sorry that I forgot their names, but I was just coming out of the anesthesia. The office staff is friendly, and professional; whenever I walk in the office Jessica always greets me with a warm smile. I have nothing but praise for the physical therapists. Who like to go to PT? But when you have professionals like Stephanie and Alina - they make it less stressful - they are there to teach and assist with your healing process. And I can feel and see the results from week to week. I have carpal tunnel in my left hand, and once my right hand has fully healed I will be going back to AHS for this procedure. I have worn contacts or glasses since I was in 4th grade. Biggest change is the ability to see when you wake up. I also had floater surgery recommended by Dr Segal and went to a different facility. He knows what he's doing, takes time to explain and give you pros and cons about the procedures. I definitely recommend, actually my husband had his lens replacement surgery this year. Dr. Segal performed my successful cataract surgery and my vision is still clear and nearly 20/20 after 10 years. I was fitted with contacts in fourth grade and then glasses many years later and was finally able to be without them and see the world clearly. Dr. Segal takes the time to answer my questions and always gives me options regarding medications and/or procedures.

They recently started collecting a $100 copay in advance, which apparently has nothing to do with my insurance or the expected cost of the visit. They collected the $100 copay last time, and apparently the actual copay on my insurance when it was filed was only about $18 or so. Furthermore, I had an $80 CREDIT on file with them from their previous billing system, so now they owe me $162. This has been going on since February. Sabrina, who takes care of billing, has been no help and refuses to call me back. She's always "in a meeting" when I call. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office except to pay a bill or make an appointment. They all hide behind their voice-response system. Lately, they've started requiring Social Security numbers from patients. That's bad enough, but worse is that they print these numbers--all 9 digits--on receipts and other paperwork that they give to patients at their visits. This mishandling of PII is going to result in a bunch of ID theft and possible lawsuits. Whoever is running their office is doing a terrible job.

He will spend about 5 minutes with you, then leave to go to his next appt. I have decided MY time is worth more than that. He's good at what he does, but I'm not willing to wait forever to see him. I schedule appts to see Diana Dean (his assistant in all his surgeries). She is very good and sees you quickly. If you need surgery, you will end up getting the surgery by Dr Levengood, but you don't have to spend your time waiting to see him in the begining. This way, it's a WIN/WIN situation. Diana is very, very nice and knowledgeable. I never schedule with Dr Levengood anymore if I can possible avoid it.

Running injuries are never fun! I had been using PT Solutions for years and asked them who they…read morerecommended to go see for a hip issue, so I could get referred back to them. Dr. Goodno was the answer. I ventured up to this office location to have an MRI done, along with an injection for contrast. Had a minor bump with scheduling my MRI but that was the only issue. Clean facility, with ample waiting room space. They got me back very quickly (wait time was maybe 5 minutes). Dr. Goodno performed the injection prior to my MRI appointment, and came in earlier to accommodate me so I could do the injection and then get slotted into the MRI immediately following that injection. I'm not a fan of needles but his bedside manner was great and talked through the process of the injection, along with the ultrasound to ensure the contrast hit the right spot. The MRI wasn't bad. Got earplugs and was able to finally doze off some after 10 minutes. It was supposed to be 45 minutes but it felt like 20 minutes. The MRI tech was friendly. I do wish I had some music during it. Overall process here was very quick and efficient. I was in and out in less than an hour. Would certainly recommend!
