I had my first big event since Covid in July and I really needed help. I googled a place that was near me but a lot of those places were not available to help so a friend of mine recommended this floral boutique and when I tell you they were beyond helpful. Their level of professionalism, creativity and the ability to help me with my order as soon as possible was a 5 star experience. When seeing this floral boutique you may think it's so small they couldn't possibly achieve the big ideas or the big floral inspirations that you have in mind, but they can and they will and they have. I have gone to them a few times and they have never disappointed me I appreciate their team so much and I promise not to keep bothering them with all these last minute floral needs. Called the after hours call center. Rep would not provide status of delivery unless I gave him my full credit card number. This seemed very odd, since he had all other pertinent details. I refused to provide him with my cc # in order to get an ETA. By the time our celebration was over, the flowers arrived. The driver was very professional and friendly. It will be quite some time before we consider resuming service with Morrow, since no consideration/ response. So disappointed.
