Due to the old ductwork leaking water onto he ceiling, a small section of ceiling fall when his helper set a tool bag on it, so he patched it best he could and since the returns, which were underground, were nasty, he offered to clean them and sanitize the entire home including the attic to help kill the mold which you could smell from the old ducts leaking. What a mistake! He was condescending, arrogant, rude and apparently unknowledgeable. I live in an older mobile home with an old, inadequate, extremely expensive to run, package unit and seeking to install a mini split system, which I conveyed to Jeff. He referred to my home as a "tin can" and stated I probably wouldn't even see a $10 drop in electrical costs by switching to a mini split. I stated I had been researching for more efficient options which he negated. He almost laughed and told me that switching to an off brand $400 mini split was a mistake. I stated that I was only researching the better brands and he almost laughed again. He also stated I would have to pay about $1500 more for an electrician for whatever he installed, since he wasn't licensed. He laughing told me to keep researching. Apparently, he doesn't need the business.
