Finding an Uber was easy and quick. Departure was a little more annoying. I'm not sure why there were so many self check kiosks if you still have to stand in line again for checked bags, but it was an annoying amount of extra waiting. TSA line was ok, but pre-check did not go as quickly as I am used to. Lounges were decent here. There was a sky club and also a priority pass lounge and we tried each. The airport itself is showing its age a bit and could use a refresh. But still beats the other airport

I have used many of these Signature Flight Supports at many locations. This is where I board and…read moredeplane from many private jet flights I like to take. They are all pretty great to use. They are like a tiny airport all to ourselves as not many people fly private. So many times we are the only flyers in the building. The locations are kept clean and well organized, and the staff is always friendly and even willing to laugh at my jokes. The staff is very accommodating and always has plenty of chilled water bottles, fresh baked cookies, popcorn, soda pops, and a variety of other snacks all for free. There are several different sitting areas, with all types of large fluffy, cushioned chairs and couches, along with a free computer room, a snack area, pilots lounge. Usually you walk in toss your bag in a chair, and tell the attendant you have arrived and they get everything set in motion to get you in the air within about 10 minutes or so, all at your leisure. Life can be hard, but this place makes everything very easy! There is no TSA, metal detectors, or any security lines to pass through or wait in. We give our passports to the pilot, who verifies them in a couple minutes using an app on his phone. Then we walk out to our awaiting private jet, load up and fly away. All in a matter of a few short minutes. The pilots have always been very nice, and even offer to carry my bag for me. Sometimes we will ask the pilot to take a photo of us and the jet, and they are always more than willing to do so. I believe in traveling with only a backpack anywhere I go. So I travel extremely light compared to some people. So we don't really have much to load, we just carry it on board and toss it in one of the many vacant seats, as most jets we fly on have from 8 to 16 seats. These small airports many times will also have executive bathrooms with several amenities for weary travelers after a long private jet flight from far away. The bathrooms will have mouth wash, breath mints, several nice colognes, hair gels, various lotions, and more, and they are very clean and well stocked. Many of them also have private showers if one wants to get really cleaned up. I highly recommend this place for anyone flying private. It's a great location to land and take off from. The building itself is not in the best location, but hey, I'm not that picky, haha. They do allow you to park long term in their parking lot for free, if you drove yourself. The staff takes great care of their clients.

By the end of the call, I practically felt like I was sitting in the delivery room waiting for the baby to arrive. The food options are very limited and honestly not very good. It's not the worst lounge I've been to, but it's nowhere near great. Just be prepared for a crowded, uncomfortable experience where you have no personal space.
