Very nice people and they understood Bon's physical needs and gave us appointments 2x a week. So far Bon has liked the fact its 1 on 1 and they give her 1 hours worth of personal attention. She likes their style so we can recommend them if your in need. They located just off Montauk Hwy and Mastic Rd...next to the Emergency Ambulance Corp in the rear.

Due to my injuries and having to learn to walk again, I felt that I needed additional therapy appointments, so my insurance covered 2 sessions per week and I supplemented 1 session per week via private pay. My insurance paid $40 per session and I was responsible for a $20 copy, for a total of $60 paid to the office per session. I paid $60 for the private pay additional sessions. Today, I returned to the office for a regularly scheduled appointment with a new prescription for a new modality. The office manager told me that they were not going to submit for the new modality to my insurance as "my benefit has been exhausted" and if I want to pay privately, they were increasing the rate to $85 per session. The office manager refused to submit the request to the insurance, stating that "other insurance companies reimburse more money" and I can no longer receive services at the office, despite the office being par with my insurance. I have completed over 150 visits over the past year and a half. I will notify Anthem, that the office is breaching their contract, denying patients access to care due to contracted rates. This is illegal. The owners of this practice do not value patients loyalty. The only positive comment I have relates to Erica, the PT, who is wonderful and helped me to restore function of my leg.

My dr.'s insurance person even called to speak with her and she told me you're better off going somewhere else instead of dealing with the insurance person there. Which was a lot more paperwork for the dr.'s office. I will not go back there. It's a shame that one person ruined the work of so many others.

My PCP most recently recommended Premier Pt of LI and it has made a tremendous difference in my mobility. I can walk without any pain! I have not been able to do that in years!! They also offer nutrition counseling by a Dietitian- Heather. She was fantastic, helped me optimize my diet to improve my blood sugar and cholesterol levels. I also lost 30 lb in the process! Out of frustration I called my insurance for recommendations for some where else . I chose Premier Physyical Therapy in Patchogue. It has made a tremendous difference. When I first went there I could hardly walk . I have torn cartilage in both knees . The pain was so excruciating. I had gotten shot of cortisone in the knee and some medication previously. The cortisone helped somewhat but the pain medication made it impossible to work or climb stairs. TAn orthopedic had suggested physical therapy. I didn't think it could help . I thought movement might make it worse. When I fist when the Premier PT they started me with simple exercises, and added more over time , also increasing weights on certain machines. The doctor at Premier Physical Therapy really cares about his patients. He watches how you move and notices improvements. The staff is friendly as well . I can walk without pain and most of the time without the use of a cane. I didn't think this would ever be possible without surgery . The other night they were helping a woman that had difficulty walking . They didn't leave her side if she was standing . I feel like they really care for your well being and are respectful as well. It is also a comfortable atmosphere. I am so glad I found them . It feels so good to be able to walk again . Thank you Dr Angelilo and Staff !
