Staff was helpful and were familiar with the merchandise (they gave me nice recommendations about what cigars my manager might like). Best part, the prices all seemed really fair. I informed "Dan" of my needs and he presented options to me and I made a choice based on the counsel provided. Dan also offered information on local legislation concerning vaping products which I found to be helpful. I am happy to find this vape shop in the suburbs that was solidly stocked; fair prices and with good customer service outside of Philly. Raffi and Vegas Vapes is an awesome shop, they even offer military discounts to those who have served and are still serving in the military. UPDATE: 12/12/2024 - Excitement customer service did an EXCELLENT job resolving the issue. Puffco…read moredid not respond in their own window of service, and Excitement offered to replace the product and even verified that it was working/charging so I just dropped it off and headed on my way. I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either. Backround: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. The product would not charge. This was demonstrable in less than a minute, but I apparently had to send a video to the manufacturer for them to pay attention and I still haven't heard back from them.
