Vito Tile Depot was one of the few stores we went to that has tile on site as well as a show room rather than just a show room. They have close out tile for as little as $2/square foot as well as high end pieces like the other fancy show rooms. My favorite part of Vito Tile Depot was that they actually have prices on most of their tile so you don't have to ask for prices on every piece you MIGHT be interested in. There was a very friendly girl who greeted my husband and I when we walked in then Vito came out to introduce himself and offer us espresso. Don't waste your time going to the stores with fancy show rooms where you'll get the exact same tile but for much higher prices than what Vito Tile Depot has to offer!

I had several cracked tiles in my shower that happened years after another company had done by bathroom redo. I contacted John and he made arrangements with me to come and look at my problem. After looking at the issue and seeing that I had replacement tiles, John assured me that he could safely remove the cracked tiles and replace them. Unfortunately, I did not have any grout from the original job. John was able to help me pick out two colors of grout that he thought would mix well together so that it would match. When John started the project and removed the broken tiles he saw why my tiles had broken. The original tiler did not do the job properly. They did not seal the seam between the pieces of backer boards and that was why the tiles were cracking. He fixed that before installing my new tiles. The grout combo worked out perfectly as well! You never would have known that I had ever had tiles removed and replaced. John did an awesome job!! After John completed that job, I also had him repair some grout in my upstairs bathroom that was coming out between some of the tiles. He did that perfectly as well. I could not be happier with how everything turned out! Thanks, John, for a job well done!! I would definitely call him again if I need any other tiling project completed.

I went in several times to look at options and design my bathroom. Linda was so helpful she listened to what I wanted, was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Once we narrowed down my options we set up a time for me to come in and she had some options laid out for me so I could play around with the design. Although the store was busy and she was multi-tasking she was totally available to me and kept checking in with me to answer my questions. Linda took calls and texts from me after hours and even personally delivered a few things that had to be picked up from the warehouse an hour away. Linda did the warehouse pick up for me so I didn't have to drive to south jersey. Additionally, Linda worked with my budget and did everything she could to make sure I was happy and I truly am. Our selections have come out beautiful so far and it's all because of Linda's help. She should be promoted to a store manager because she really knows her stuff and is truly dedicated to her position.
