I am so pleased I found carpet line to clean my oriental rugs. These three rugs had collected 10 years of three puppies growing up on them and there were many 'accidents' Over those years. They provided a very competitive estimate and were prompt in picking up the rugs. They did say there could be additional cost depending on how many soaks it would take to clean all the stains etc. at the end of the day the price was worth every penny and was a fair price. This carpet company is horrible! They quote you a price, then get to your home and tell you that your carpets are dirty and that you need to upgrade your service to get clean carpets. Yes, well if my carpet wasn't dirty, i wouldn't have called in the first place. THEN, Ben did the cleaning job and left a soaking wet carpet which eventually began to show large rust colored areas. I called them and they came back to ""re-clean" the carpet . Again, as it was drying, the stains returned. Again, Ben returned to treat the stains. I let the carpets dry over night.. guess what.?. the stains returned! They are lighter, but they are still there . I would never recommended this company. If you want clean carpets, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I'll be contacting my attorney today! read more

Was accommodating at first when they came to pick up my carpet. However, the rug took more than the time they had initially stated it would take to clean. Tried to get in contact with the guy who initially picked up the carpet but did not pick up or text me back. Eventually got in contact with the main line and wasn't even able to get an update on when it would be done. When the guy came to my house to drop off the carpet, he was rude and on his bluetooth the whole time. Would never use this company again. read more

These people are the biggest crooks and liers they took my 84 year old father's carpet a month ago and when I called them the day after pick up I asked that they bring the carpet back they the ass hole owner husband of Anna the smart ass that answers the phone said he would call I called again he said the carpet was in the water.........on Friday April 8th my son called and said it would be another week before the carpet was ready.... . I called this Monday and said I would be at their location to pick up the carpet she called me Tuesday to tell me that the carpet was ready they would drop it off on Wendy by 2 (two).the ass shows up at 530. And wants me to sign a paper and pay him.befote he bought the carpet in this animal deserves to be put out of business to beware these characters are no good and I will see them in court. read more

Carpet Line is extremely responsive to their customers needs. They are also professional, honest, and innovative. We had a total of 6 area rugs cleaned and they have never looked better. They picked up our rugs in a timely fashion and return them as promised. They did not only return the clean rugs but also included new padding for each. We had a rug over 18 ft and all the children wanted it. Ben and his team cut the rug and reconstructed it. Now all the children are happy for the moment. The guy who has come to do the cleaning was rude. On their website, they say that they move most furniture. The guy was complaining of back pain to move a sofa and I had to move it. He did most of the work keep the movable furniture in place. Horrible and never again. read more

Absolutely atrocious service. Came in, performed a service we explicitly asked them not to, and became confrontational with my mother when she began asking questions (is it safe for the pets, etc.). They left the floors so soaked that I'm even worried for the floorboards. Google their phone number. You'll find them doing business under a dozen different names in the area. These guys are thugs, crooks and liers ! They automatically upgrade the service and charge you three times what was agreed on. Did not complete the job for the upgraded price and left the carpet wet. A guy named Ben was very rude and did not complete the work . Do not use them. read more

Horrible Company start to finish. First of all they will automatically try to upgrade your service for a lot more than the quoted price. If you look at the cleaning covered by the advertised price you will see nearly no difference in the cleanliness of the carpet. I chose to upgrade because the section he used basic cleaning on didnt look clean at all but less than 10 minutes later my husband said NO so I stopped the guy who hadnt started the carpet cleaning machine yet. He said he already sprayed a solution on the carpet and it was still going to be an extra $120. Now keep in mind this is for two staircases and their connecting hallway...thats it. I called the company and told them I didnt want the upgrade but I would pay for the solution they sprayed. They refused to change it, told me I had to pay the extra $120 and continued to clean it....at a frantic pace I might add. The result reflected that. Stick with Stanley Steamer or other well known name. This is a suspicious company with no marking on their vehicle. If you look the number up it will show up under several different company names. They are rude, deceitful and the work is shoddy. Stear clear please!!! read more
