At eastern dental they told me I had a small cavity that they could not show me on X-rays, something was fishy! So I went and saw Dr Nicolas who told me my teeth were cavity free. She is the most honesty dentist I've ever had. Then she recommended I get a cleaning. I scheduled an appointment for that with Meg. Meg was awesome! she spent so much time with me getting all the tartar off my teeth and then showed me the best way to brush my teeth to prevent the tartar from reforming. My teeth have never been this clean. no hygienist has been able to remove all the tartar until her. This office treats the patient how they would want to be treated. At this office you a taken right away, the Dr takes her time with you as well as the rest of the staff. And they are honest. Expect nothing less then perfection from this office. Switch to this office it's your teeth and you want to keep them forever.

Greeted by such friendly staff up front, and always called into my room on time. Michelle is simply the greatest, every visit we make effortless small talk and she is just the best at what she does. She even went out of her way today to help me choose the correct waterpick on Amazon while in the office, then took time away from what I assumed was her lunch break to discuss teeth whitening with myself and reception (my apologies on not remembering their names but they are wonderful!) Took an ex-ray, said I needed 2 root canals. The dentist said the tooth was a little high & proceeded to grind it down? Well the drill skipped off the tooth, chipped the one next to it exposing the nerve. Furthermore, I was touching my tongue to the roof of my mouth so he could work. When the drill slipped it cut the underneath of my tongue! I went home & the pain was excruciating pain all night. Called them to ask for pain killer they said can't & we can a root canal on Monday, this was Thursday? Went to another dentist. Gave me a shot, 1 root canal, out of pain & ok. Use Brick Dental at your risk. i'm 74 yrs. old & have never given a bad review of a dr. or dentist. Lew, Brick, N.J. They said they would send the form to the doctor and when it comes back they would call me. I never got the call so I went in there demanding to know who dropped the ball. They then said I had to get it signed and get it back to them. My doctor did this about a month ago and again no call from them to schedule the appointment. So now I will have to call them or go there again, and am anticipating another finger pointing exercise! The prior dentist that worked there was fine and I never had trouble. My second appointment was to be canceled as they didn't have sterilized equipment. I went anyway, needing X-rays and something to treat the pain, which escalated to me being unable to close my jaw. Pain medication was supposed to be prescribed to my pharmacy. No Rx. Sent. Next day, called, Doctor himself said he'd try to get to it. Next day. No Rx. Doctor said he was not in the office and would send it Saturday. No Rx. Sent. Now SEVEN days from my visit, no Rx for pain. The doctor told me I only call when he's out of the office. I said it's been a week, you've been in the office. This is patient negligence to knowingly leave a patient in pain. I had to go to the ER for temporary relief. The doctor then hung up on me. Totally Negligent, violation of hippocratic path, and the definition of malpractice. Next day. No Rx. Doctor said he was not in the office and would send it Saturday. No Rx. Sent.
