I continue to give him the most difficult vehicles to detail, black, all black. His product is always a job completed on time and finished like a fine jewel. Until a few years ago as my age and health dictated otherwise, I did all of my own cleaning, detailing and vehicle maintenance myself. Dreaded the thought of trusting any detailer to satisfy my quality standards. Scotty aced it and has never missed a beat in delivering excellent quality and service. He wasn't able to help because he was going out of town for Christmas and explained how it was important to get the stain out quickly and then explained a do it yourself technique that allowed me to get the stain out before it set.
