The care the massage therapist gave to me was far better than any massage I've received in a spa that cost 3 or more times the price. This business is a hidden gem in a strip mall. It sort of blends in if you aren't looking.... So look! Inside is a haven from the outside world. Filled with healing. They talked about it between themselves and I was left clueless. The massage was longer than what I paid for and it seems that this was going to be a problem for me later. (Realized later they must do their stuff in 30 min increments, but online had 15, 30, 45, etc.). Because when I go to pay, our massager lady complained about my $20 tip. (That was a 15% tip.) My appointment was at 7:00. I got there at 6:50. I waited until 7:10 to get into the room. I saw they were busy so I was under the impression they were cleaning the room. When I got into the room it was obvious it was not cleaned from before. The person before me lipstick and make up was all over the table. I asked them to fix it and they just fixed it without apologizing (so I guess this is normal for them). Even when they changed the sheet they did not change the blanket that they used on the prior patient. Therefore the blanket they used to massage was used on me and the prior patient. The massage started at 7:15. After the massage I went to tip the massage therapist and they instantly started to laugh and speaking Chinese to each other in a way that was making fun of me.The man who massaged me stormed off. This being my first massage I was confused why so I asked if there was a problem. They stated that you didn't tip the normal amount. Not knowing what the normal amount was I asked them what they expected. It was a 3 dollars difference. They humiliated me and made me feel terrible over 3 dollars. I gave them the 3 dollars but the whole effect of the massage went out the window after the way they made me feel. They were unprofessionalism and not clean and I was offered a free massage for their unprofessionalism but I rather take my business where it's appreciated. The massages are amazing. I've had Swedish and deep tissue. The ladies always give a relaxing massage which helps the tightness in my back due to disc issues, sciatica and join replacements. I've been coming to this location for over 3 years now. I have always had an amazing experience but today was horrible. I made an appt for a 1 hour foot reflexology massage. When I walked in I noticed that all of the decor had changed and it looked really nice and smelled great - so I asked if new owners. They responded yes and I congratulated them. Moving FWD... the therapist started @ 12:06 pm and began to rub my back, neck and arms.. a lil rough but I do like a deep tissue rub. When she began the actually reflexology massage I was a lil perplexed. She never massaged my feet! She only rubbed my legs and it was rough. Did not feel too good but I was still waiting for the foot reflexology part.... Looked @ my phone since I was forced to open my eyes since there was a woman (customer) who just entered her room (next to me) who spoke very loud about a Pesto Recipe!! Are you serious?! This is a place of rest & relaxation. I'm paying for this hour and now I'm listening to a woman speaking very loudly to her therapist (who did not even care) about a pesto recipe!! The therapist should have asked her to stop talking. At 12:55 my girl says, "thank you" and walks out of the room!! I still had 11 min left!!!! I gathered my belongings and knocked very loudly on the wall with "pesto lady" as I exited. Felt it was most appropriate to wake her up just as she did me. I paid the $45 for the "1hour foot massage" that I did not receive and even left a $10 tip. I wanted to speak to the owner/ manager but my girl did not understand what I was asking ugh. ‼HORRIBLE PLACE- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY‼ I was super excited to find this place on Groupon for a decent price during Labor Day weekend. I called in advance before purchasing to make sure they had an appointment available for a couples massage and they did which was great news. However they assured me that I shouldn't buy the Groupon as it would be more expensive for me and to come at noon and pay with cash instead. I thought it was nice they were saving me money so I thought nothing of it. When my boyfriend and I arrived the place was small with very minimal decor and a strange almost moldy smell, not to mention the fish tank in the lobby was fluorescent green it was so dirty you could barley see the fish. We just chalked it up to them being closed due to COVID and went back to our massage room. The two women who worked on us didn't speak English which was a little stressful. After telling my woman that she was hurting me multiple times she continued to bruise me for the entire hour. My boyfriends lady was also way too rough not to mention was gassy and burping the ENTIRE time. When the hour of torture was up we paid cash and the front desk man then pointed at the two women and told us "now tip them". They won't see my business ever again and if I could give zero stars I would. I feel like I've been jumped I'm in more pain now than I was prior to my appointment. The owner stopped a massage to take a phone call. The staff argued loudly which made it difficult to relax. I left with a rash and am itchy despite taking a number of showers. I showed him this and he still would not honor it. Also, I was charged 10.7% sales tax??? I asked him and he said that's what they tell me to charge. That's a new one to me.... I was only another $1 so I didn't argue too much. The massage was good but I am not happy with the service, especially the owner. The previous owners-. brother and sister were nice and the massage was good. At that time I purchased a card for 5 massages, but didn`t go there for a while because of Covid. Finally I was fully vaccinated and decided to make a visit. But there was a new staff. A big guy at the front desk and a very little young girl, who made the massage. The massage was far to hard and painful. I asked for less pressure, but she didn`t seem to understand. I was glad when it was over. The massage was $50. I gave a tip of $ 10. Thought 20% is ok. But the big guy had other ideas and insisted I should give $20. He was pretty intimidating.  Gave him a 20 Dollar Bill and left as fast as I could. Never will go there again. read more

We found them on Groupon but the owner didn't want to use the Groupon when we called for appointment. His address is different on Groupon and Google and the GPS also took us to different locations. So we were 15 minutes late. We entered into a room with a 55 gallon fish tank which was filthy and created a rancid odor which permeated the entire facility. There were items piled up around the cash register, cookies, newspapers, assorted objects. A woman came out of the back and walked us to a room. I observed salon workers sitting around on their phones. We stood in the room for a few minutes while two men argued loudly outside the door. After no one returned for us, we walked outside the room and asked for help. At that point, one of the men asked if we were "the Groupon people." When I responded yes, he told me I was late, he couldn't help me and we had to leave. He walked us up front and escorted us outside. I don't normally do reviews. That said I'm giving 2 stars bc we got couples massages and my boy friend had a great experience. I am pregnant and we called twice to ask if they did prenatal and couldn't seem to get a straight answer (they just yes-ed us to death) so since it was just down the street we decided to ask in person. We get there and she seems surprised that I'm pregnant even though we confirmed twice with the appointment. She told me to lay on my back and I explained that you shouldn't lay on your flat back when you're pregnant and she was very confused. I laid on my side (I googled and that's how it said prenatal massages are done) and all she did for an hour was scratch my head. When I say scratch I mean SCRAPE with her nails. My scalp feels raw and I feel like I have open cuts all over it. She was very nice but she was afraid to touch me anywhere else and they definitely lied when they said they did prenatal. We received a gift certificate for a couples massage. We were led into a partition room with two massage tables. The face "hole" was lined with paper towels. No heated bed. No diffusers with wonderful smells. Music was piped in from over head. Both of our women spent so much time on our back that we feel bruised and hurt today. The first words out my mouth was low rent back alley massage. I looked at the oil they used before we left & they were in unmarked bottles, but my guess was that it was just baby oil. No bottle of water given. The place didn't look that clean..stained carpets, a dirty fish tank when you first come in, that was empty & the fish were in a small bucket next to the tank. I recently visited Atlantic Holistic after hearing rave reviews from a friend of mine. I decided on getting the reflexology and a body massage. The reflexology portion of my visit was amazing. I was feeling so relaxed and very happy about my decision to try out this business. Little did I know, things were about to take a very strange turn. Next was the massage portion of my visit. I was led into a small room and left to undress and instructed to lay under the sheet on the table. It seemed normal enough. The man came back in and started the massage over the sheet. I flipped onto my stomach and this is when things got interesting. The man ripped the sheet off of my body. (Imagine a magician doing the magic trick where they pull out the table cloth without disturbing the dishes. ) He then tucked the sheet into my underwear leaving my entire rear end exposed for the world to see. He started kneading my buttcheeks and spreading them apart. I could feel a breeze hitting my chocolate starfish. (That is slang for butthole for all you baby boomers.) I think it even winked at the masseuse at one point. I'm pretty positive he was memorizing it. He still probably can't unsee it. He kept asking me if "this okay?" And for whatever reason, I kept saying yes. It was like I was having an out of body experience. At one point, I felt something brush against my hand. 'Is that a banana in his pocket? Is it just his belt buckle? Is he even wearing a belt buckle??' It still remains a mystery. Honestly, I was afraid to look. He then continued the massage up my legs getting really close to my nether regions. It was finally over. It felt like an eternity. He left the room and I got dressed. I sat in my car in the parking lot trying to make sense of what just happened. It was like I was questioning all of my life choices. I couldn't wait to go home and lay in fetal position in the bottom of my shower. Perhaps, I should have walked out of there when the woman told me my masseuse's name was Jackie Chan. (No joke.) All in all, it was a unique experience. Do I recommend this place? Probably not. But if you do go, make sure all your nooks and crannies are cleaned. No one wants to see dingleberries. read more
