WE hired E & R to take us from the Courtyard at PBI to a concert at Perfect Vodka theater. We were quoted a price of $75 for the round trip fare. The driver showed up on time but when we got in the van he said the price would be $100. He made us pay upfront and he proceeded to add a tip which we did not authorize. He said the extra fees were necessary since he would be waiting for us the minute the concert was over. To our disappointment he was not there after the concert and showed up 20 minutes later saying he was stuck in traffic. We tried to resolve these issues the next business day with the owner. He simply argued and although he said he would refund the extra $40.00 that never happened. We suggest you do not do business with this company and instead us Uber. read more

They have always been reliable, on time, the Lincoln is new, fresh smelling and spotless, and the driver Maruf is a gentleman, and talks only if you want. He is a real pro with no colognes. Also, he was knowledgeable of the area and good conversationalist with an interesting background. Never showed up. After this company calling me back to confirm that they would be be there at 4:15 a.m. to pick me up in palm beach gardens and take me to PBI for a 6:00 a.m. flight and assuring me that they knew where my address was, they were a no show! I called to see where they were when waiting and got voice mail. I didn't bother to leave a message. 3 minutes later Ray calls back and tells me security can't find my house number. I tell him that's odd since I'm not in a gated community and there's no security! I had to wake up my host and hurry them into the car for a ride to the airport. I made it to the gate with 20 minutes to spare, which is too nerve wracking for me. I'll never use this service again, and don't believe there was actually anyone even dispatched. After all, they should know the area well enough. I was but 2 minutes off 95! I DO NOT recommend. read more

I was very dissatisfied with the driver who picked me up to take me to Fort Lauderdale Airport. He was over 30 minutes late and refused to take my credit card after the end of the ride even though the owner promised in writing cards are accepted no problem. He kept insisting on taking me to the wrong airport after I told him where to go, and I had to put the address in myself. On top of all of this, my driver was texting while driving on the highway almost crashing into the guard rails twice. I would not recommend this service to anyone who wants to arrive ALIVE to their destination. read more

Upon dropping us off at our destination I inadvertantly gave him an extra $100.00 (2 hundred dollar bills were stuck together) and he came back into the lobby where we were checking in and told me that I had over paid and returned the extra $100.00 dollar bill to me. What a low down disgusting transportation service with an owner who is not in the least gracious or personable. Several times using this company in the past and now will never again. EVERY TIME there is an issue. This trip the driver was given the WRONG pickup time by the owner and came 45 minutes late. The owner blamed it all on the driver and told me it was because of a bridge up that he came late. I am 14 minutes to the airport. I got into the car when it arrived very stressed and forgot my license, so after 5 minutes needed to turn pack to house to get it. Thank G-d my flight was delayed by 20 minutes. THEN upon returning I am waiting outside to be picked up for over 25 minutes and no one there. I called this unpleasant owner again and he told me someone will be there in 5 minutes. Never happened. About 15 minutes later the ride came. The driver told me he just got the call from the owner to come get me. My family had set this all up way ahead of time to make sure I would be met at airport. They had been in contact with each other through email acknowledging all the correct times as well as checking flight info. The OWNER never followed through with reservation. I feel sorrow for these drivers working for this man/owner. DON'T USE THEM. Oh, BTW, I was charged TRIPLE price for having to turn around to get my license for the short extra ride. I shouldn't have been charged anything given this horrible service!!!! read more

I would give E&R 10 stars if I could!! I'm following up my earlier review to confirm that E&R came through for my family when we needed them most. Khalid picked up my 90 year old mother and took extra special care of her, safely getting her to the airport and into the wheel chair so she was able to fly away from Hurricane Irma. They repeatedly assured me that they had us covered and would take good care of my mother, and indeed they did. I recommend them highly without any hesitation whatsoever. And, honestly, they were a bit more expensive than another company I called, but their excellent customer service and reliable service makes it worth a few extra dollars when you need reliable service. read more
