Brought my 2017 Doge Grand Caravan in on two separate occasions back to back,…read more The first time my brakes were beyond messed up, my rotators, brake pads calibers were all messed up and completely done for and they got that fixed up nicely and I haven't had any trouble since. The second time I brought it back in not even 2 days having it back my steering rack and pinion was broken, I took it back to the shop so that they could fix that too, Unfortunately since all this basically happened all at once my finances were completely wrecked! but they were completely understanding about it and worked with me so it could play out best for us both and I can't be more greatful. I have a broken radio and sooner rather then later Im bringing it back to get it replaced!! Please consider these guys if your vehicle is having any trouble, They deserve the support!!

He didn't bleed the brakes even though he SAID he had. I can't stress this enough. I knew it as I was pulling out onto John Stark Hwy. when my foot went to the floor trying to stop for traffic. In between April 13 & June 22? It was raining. It snowed. He was sick. He got behind in his jobs. It rained again. He was behind again. He was starting today. It rained. He was gonna do it tomorrow for sure & thanks for being so understanding. He'd call as soon as it was done. After a week I called him. He said he was on it. He'd call in a few days when it was done. It rained. I left a message that if he can't do it please just call & let me know so I can move on. I called 2 days later & he said I was on his call list & he just can't do the job. April 13-June 22. I was kind. I never yelled. I was understanding. When I went to pick it up he said the brakes were indeed bled but no charge for my trouble & for being so patient. Gave me a safety inspection sticker. A SAFETY INSPECTION STICKER. No longer required in NH but I wanted to be sure I was good to go. Knowing FULL WELL he hadn't done my brakes & just let me drive away. EDIT TO SAY: Just went out to check things out (it was raining yesterday when I picked it up) and found the ORIGINAL LIST I had given Paul. bleed brakes (price given $127), safety check, fix gas gauge, new battery for engine to include new mount, de-winterize it ($127), blow out the vents (n/c), attach front plate (wasn't done when I got there but he had his guy do it) and NONE OF THIS WAS DONE. What WAS done was muddy footprints & dirt everywhere, seats taken apart & not put back together, and a drawer that doesn't close now. It was clean when I brought it in. Everything in place. And now.....? What a MESS!

Cold and snowy day... January 22, 2025…read more.. Southbound on the 91outside of White River Junction, VT... sensed a strong odor of antifreeze... pulled into a gas station... Yep... broken water pump and overheating... Mind you, this GMC 2018 Sierra (fully paid off)... has gotten me completely cross country back in October, 2024... with no issues, not even a scratch... Vehicle is towed to Bob's Service Center at 10 am that day... Not Bob, but Josh... "Let's see, water pump, coolant and belt tensioner assembly need replacing... it'll be ready by two..." Josh was right on schedule... Professional, thorough, and kind... Picked up the vehicle... warranted work for 2 years/24,000 miles... back on the freeway I went... only a few hours delay... but no matter... the vehicle must be reliable... It was... Coldest day in White River Junction... This driver and owner will seek these gentlemen out for future auto repairs... they are simply the best... And kind... They explained everything... I do appreciate the thoughtful and thorough approach... A cold day driving with a vehicle failure... could have been made much more difficult... but it was not... it was a beautiful day... I took my 1963 Austin Healey 3000 to Scott for a second opinion because a nearby mechanic with 42…read moreyears of experience told me my compression was low and the engine needed to be completely rebuilt at a cost of between $8,000 and $10,000! Scott determined that my engine compression was just fine and that my carburetors needed to be rebuilt and the engine needed to be tuned, among other things and now the car is running better than ever and it cost me a small fraction of the cost to do an unnecessary rebuild. No one is touching my baby from now on except Scott!

The only person we want working on our cars is Scott. The convenience of having your car serviced while you're at work and have the people that do the work be so accommodating, highly responsive, and honest is a very hard combination to beat. Nico is also super responsive to various questions and he went the extra mile to see if his technicians could do some non-routine work on my car. And what's more, the technicians did it beautifully. But the best part is that their pricing is quite fair. Needless to say, I'll be using Zippity for all my needs if they are able to perform the work.

They used to allow frequent customers the option to do a 3 pay system for those really large repair bills and that does not happen anymore. Also, customer service isn't as friendly as it used to be. Damian came out and successfully got my truck straightened out which was not easy as there was a steep drop off near a creek, trees and ice to deal with. He was extremely professional explaining the plan and improvising as we went.
