The issue was with the exhaust and the fix could wait--but it would affect my MPG. This service was FREE. The gave me a write-up about what was wrong and I was back on my way. I remember I had an issue a year or so earlier with a different car, and the auto repair at the dealer charged over $150 just for the diagnostic before quoting an estimate that was more than the car's book value. Free diagnostic code is more than fair. I recommend this (or any AutoZone with free diagnostics) and wish others could provide this service.

The next time they accused me of having water in it...once again-WASTE OIL! This last time he refused because he said it was "in the wrong type of plastic container" and I'm done!! They never have anything in stock anyways and I always have to wait for them to get the parts, at which point I might as well order it online MYSELF and skip the drive! He even went outside and looked at my car to make sure he got it all right. Went to put them on my car today and he gave me rotors with 5 lug pattern when I have a 4 lug pattern car. Went into the store today to trade them in with my dad and the assistant manager says "No offense to her but you shouldn't send women in to get parts" Are you kidding me? I didn't look in the box to check it because you should have done your job and got the right part that I asked for. It doesn't matter what sex I am. Yes I get my nails done. Yes I like dressing presentable. But I can get my hands dirty to fix my own car. Most sexist man. I don't care if you think you're joking or not. You don't know me or anything about me and stating I don't know what I'm doing just because I'm female and just because you gave me the wrong part is completely insulting. They broke my door on my driver side when that wasn't even in the same area as the thing they were fixing. Instead of admitting wrong, or even trying to upsell a new blower motor they just put it back together broken and gave it to me. I've noticed a lot of people in reviews saying their service department sucks, that's a major understatement. Unsure what's going on with this service department but I'm taking my fleet of 10 Toyotas elsewhere to get worked on. Will not be returning.
