What the owner has failed to realize is how much he's hurting the artist who did my tatts. The artwork he's done on me makes me a walking advertisement and now his fame will never be known to those who ask me where and whom I went to. The owner just ruined the reputation of his own artist more than he did his shop. The artist I saw is pretty decent but his response time to my messages has been none to non-existent which is why I went into the shop in the first place since he never answered me back after 3 weeks. I'm expecting the owner to reply to my review with a not-so-nice comment but I don't really care. This review is about the shop, not so much the artist, but, again I will not recommend either to anyone who asks me.

Eager to get started on his new ink, he sent Doc (Eric Dougherty) a photo of the tattoo he had his heart set on, received an e-mail response back regarding the deposit amount which he immediately sent, and an appointment time. He waited for three weeks, anxiously counting down the days (not kidding). He drove an hour from home, arriving early as he was so excited. He was then told "No, I'm sorry...I can't draw this on you". My son then tries to accomodate Doc by changing the design to his specifications, asking what he wanted changed, what could he do to get it done? He was blown off moments later, handed back his money, and told "no, can't do it". NO MATTER WHAT my son tried to do to make it workable for the artist involved. WHY request a photo beforehand if you aren't going to take a look at it? If you aren't going to suggest changes PRIOR TO having your potential clients drive two hours for nothing? What's the point then? I'm not going to lie, I was not too happy about the idea of the tattoo in the first place, BUT when I saw how depressed this made my son? I set about finding him somewhere else to go. I could not bear to see him that upset, and after all, it is his body. SHAME on you for operating this way. Talk about poor business tactics. I am sure you do amazing work, but your method of operation this time? Unacceptable.

I came here under the impression that it was still Vision January 15th. My nipple ring had fallen…read moreout the day before and I needed help getting it back in. The woman who tried to help me couldn't get jewelry in a said I needed to be re-pierced... so she re-pierced it but had trouble getting it through. She also seemed to have no experience piercing at all and was expressing being scared to pierce people and doesn't like causing people pain... I noticed that she pierced it lower than it was and closer to my breast and not the same way that it was when she told me she would be re-piercing through the same holes and she didn't - she pierced lower towards my breast. I don't know if I have an infection or what is going on because it is over a month later and I'm having extreme pain in my nipple even when just putting on a shirt and my nipple looks larger or swollen compared to my other one still over a month later and with all of this pain. My boyfriend gave me a hug this morning and I screamed out in pain because even something that light is causing a shock of pain everytime even just putting a shirt on. I'm very experienced with piercings and have never had an infection before and I'm not sure what is going on because I don't seem to have any discolored puss but my nipple being enlarged and in this much pain is very concerning to me and I will be going to urgent care today and possibly another shop to try and find out what's wrong with my nipple. I'm very upset and disappointed and even more upset I paid $100+ to have an experience like this when I know Vision or even heart and dagger if they were still around wouldn't have charged me as much to re-pierce a nipple ring that just fell out the day before nonetheless wouldn't have caused me to have an issue/possible infection

As a matter of fact, being nice to your customers actual helps your business! I just wanted to buy a nose ring. Sounds easy, right? And fun! I guess I shouldn't be surprised at how the entire interaction went when someone answered the phone and just barked Hello. No need to announce the name of the establishment, I guess. The guy acted like there were gold and diamond lilies springing up around the corners of his shop. The "app" I was referred to, let me book an appointment that apparently didn't exist... nor did the request go through to the booking agent at the shop. Which, I think, is also the friendly gentleman who has banned me because the whole thing frustrated me to the point that I called him out on his rudeness. After a couple of attempts to figure out this little system they've got going - all while just being talked over on the phone - I gave up. And yeah, hung up. Then I got fired after I quit with a crappy text from the business number advising I 'stay away' from the place. Am I getting a restraining order too? Its almost laughable. Almost. I can't believe I actually had an argument just trying to buy a piece of jewelry. Business owners out there: do you or your employees start arguments with customers? Especially ones who call with a smile in their voice? It really takes quite a bit to make me angry.
