AMAZING ! Truly a hands down GREAT Nail Spa experience. This is one of the best manicures I've ever had. It was done so efficiently, never rushed, and came out gorgeous, exactly what I asked for. Like watching a total artist at work. The salon itself is very clean, spacious, well-lit, and beautifully decorated (I went last week so it's decorate with adorable fall vibes which were the perfect touch ). And this is very random but the playlists they had on the entire time ...was surprisingly great! It started with some classic rock (lots of Stevie Nicks ) and flowed into this dreamy '90s indie whimsgoth playlist that made the whole space feel like a calm little coffee shop. .. and then like 90s indie whimsgoth .. just good playlists the entire time. Made the ambience really calm / coffe shop type deal. ) it was so so clean and lit well / beautiful decorated. Fall stuff The massage for my manicure was swell. Then .. my pedicure. OH BOY what a treat you're in for. Everything was going really great. Everything was normal ( but really great ) and then scrub scrub / cream cream AND then an amazing contrpaction put on the mans hand that vibrates or massages my leg. I can't explain it other than out of this world ???? Just for this one should visit. I am not joking. I have never experienced it but it is HEAVENLY!!! My nails are so so well done I can't stop looking at them. I'm so impressed - and confused as to how I haven't found them before But I am thrilled I found my new place. I absolutely love IQ Nails. I've been a regular here for about 6 months, and have only had the best experiences. I have a fairly irregular schedule, which means I am often a last-minute appointment and therefore have had my run through all of the talented nail tech's who work there. You simply can't go wrong - I always come out with a great mani no matter who I get. Stephanie the owner is also so warm and greets all her patrons by name and with a smile. Her passion for her business and support of the local area makes you feel good about being a patron there. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place. I have been coming here for awhile and as much as I liked my nail tech , the staff and the ownership were extremely rude. I had an experience recently that left me so upset that I left in tears. Rather than post anything publicly I asked if the owner could call me to discuss. I called again and asked to speak with the owner. No reply. As a business owner, I don't normally put this negativity out there. However, as a customer, I don't think you should be made to feel uncomfortable while spending your hard earned money. It appears that the ownership does not care. Every time I come to this salon for a pedicure I wait for service despite booking an appointment. Today I had an appointment for 12:15I get there on time and have a seat... at 12:45 they just have a chair open up and rush to fill the basin with water without even cleaning it first. They tell me to sit and I ask if anyone is available for me or if i'll have to wait more, "uhhh I don't know, i'm not in charge of that" is the response I get. So after being told to sit again and that they'll have someone soon I'd decided it was just best to leave. After moving down here a year ago many people recommended this salon, but after going here several times and experiencing these wait times each appointment it's abundantly clear that this salon does not value their clients time nor do they honor their appointments. I love this salon. I get pedicures and manicures here. My hands get torn up at work and the technician was great fixing my nails without polish upon request. So cross this one off your list. Tonight was my second visit for a gel manicure. At my first visit the technician was 20 mins late and a little rough but overall ok pedicure and gel manicure. Tonight, I arrived early and was told to pick out my color for my 530 appt. After waiting 20 mins and seeing many of the technicians starting to pack up to leave, I asked the woman if there was a problem with my appt. She said they were running behind and someone would help me soon. I noticed the technician who worked with me last tome just started applying color to a client for a gel manicure so I knew I would have another 20 mins on top of the 20 I already waited. They moved me to a station where no one was working, figuring I guess that would help. Once seated I noticed the technician and other woman began going back and forth pointing at each other. Although I don't speak their language it was very clear that no one wanted to help me. After a few minutes of this, I went back to woman at desk and said I was leaving since I didn't need to give them my business if they didn't want me as a customer. Customer service is just as important as how you do your job. Sorry not sorry! read more

I went for my birthday to treat myself to acrylic nails. I legit havent gotten my nails done since I was like 12 for a cruise I went on so I was disappointed when I couldn't get the design I wanted and since I didn't know what was a complicated design from not I let my nail tech decide for me and wow! I loved them! I got lots of compliments on them too! I feel like some of my nails feel more rugged than the others. I feel like some of the nails are pointier than others too like some are definitely more rounded like the traditional "almond" shape (yes I looked that up lol) and some have like a tiny little point idk if that's normal but it's convenient for scritches. The only thing I wasn't that happy about was when I called to get an appt for my nails to get filled and nobody answered the phone and didn't get a call back either. I would have went back but have already made an appt to go somewhere else now. The salon seemed nice with really nice chairs for pedicures and they had lots of color options. I want to start out by saying the place is clean and the staff is friendly. I went for a shellac manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was amazing, but the manicure was just ok. The real problem I have is that a week after my toe nail polish chipped horribly and two days later the gel on my nails began to peel. I don't think it was the application, but I do think they use old polish so I will be looking to go elsewhere. read more

Easily the best nail place in the area. They're always very friendly, the service is incredible, and the place is clean. The pedicure is on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it because they take their time and they have a specific massage tool that I've never seen anywhere else.
