Kristen quickly called and apologized profusely, and immediately offered to either pay me for a new saw, or apply the value towards a new saw. I thought it over for a while and ended up taking the payout. No issues whatsoever with the business and they were extremely professional and courteous. I Havnt needed to go in there in a while, but the next time I need anything to do with motorized outdoor equipment, they of course will be my go-to! Highly recommend!

He was really helpful when I was shopping for a tractor, providing estimates, revised estimates, and frank opinions on what options to get or not. I was a first time tractor buyer and looking at the JD 1025R. He updated my estimate a couple of times, advised me not to get the backhoe (which he could easily have upsold), followed-up when he hadn't heard, and even followed up with me recently after several months. I ended up going with a different dealer just because they had a used machine in my price range, but I would shop here otherwise based on my experience. I heard they've been bought by Atlantic Tractor. I hope they keep David! Should be a good move for them since my experience with Atlantic was great too.
