There was an issue with delivery, too, and when I called to get it straightened out, the lady who answered the phone was rude to me and said she would just contact the person I was delivering flowers to. All I had to tell her was the event, sizes and quantity of vases and about my grandmothers personality and she designed the order perfectly! She took the stress out of having to choose my own and place a bulk order online, she is so detail oriented and even chose greenery that would accent the flowers chosen. She even timed when to take them out of fridges and when to cut them so they opened perfectly for the event time. Everyone at the party raved about how wonderful the flowers looked and knew my grandmother would have loved them. The due date on my receipt was 12/10/2022 and the order was not completed until 1/21/2023. This would have been ok, IF the owner would have periodically touched base to report the status of filling the order. I gave this small business this order as a test as I have other artwork that needs framing, but due to NO communication during this order, I will no longer be giving them any business. When I stated the issue with the owner when finally retrieving the work she did apologize BUT did NOT offer any discount or compensation for waiting on the order. She stated she didn't have enough staff and couldn't afford additional help. She could easily hire a high school or college student at minimum wage to work the store or atleast make phone calls to provide status updates while she focused on the framing work. The owner is friendly and a nice person, but as she says, her business skills are lacking. I hope you have a better experience than I did, if you choose to get work done here.
