Beware!! They bill your insurance company for services you never received! I had to report them to United Health. When I asked for a print out of the dates of my visits and descriptions of services it was totally wrong! Wrong dates, wrong procedures. But they kept charging the insurance company! I hate fraud and or incompetence! They're guilty of one for sure! Sad because the employees are very nice. read more

I have been in a hospital bed for over a week. I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection with blood in my urine. I was originally under a female doctors care who primarily treats female incontinence. I was released from the hospital after a week. I have returned to the hospital one week later with the same symptoms. I have not seen a physician from Atlantic Urology as a in patient. September 16, 2025, I started with kidney stone pain. 10-1-25, went tp ER. I had a what was told to me to be a 7mm stone. My doctor, Dr. Roberts partially retired. No appointments until January. Saw Dr. Swain. She scheduled X-ray to see if ESW therapy was an option. Dr. Rich said lithotripsy could be done and he put a rush on it. 10-15-25, I had lithotripsy . A Dr. Jansen preformed the procedure. I expected Dr Rich to do it. I needed a 4 week follow up. Couldn't be seen until 11-19-25 with the PA. She informed me the stone was still there measuring about 7mm. Dr Rich recommended waiting 3 months. I was still peeing red) blood but they were the doctors. I called the office in December because I was peeing lots red blood, flank pain, and nausea. 12-10-25 saw Dr Swaim. she ordered another CT. It stated the stone was still in the upper ureter with inflammation and mild hydronephrosis.12-29-25, saw Dr Swaim, she said I would have to do the ureterscopy to remove stone. She requested Grand Strand Hospital for a quicker appointment from survey. I spent out of pocket as of 12-29-25 approximately $10,000. Needed surgery before 1-1-26 because everything was met. Fast forward to 1-14-26, Grand Strand Hospital nor Atlantic urology have contacted me. I went to other provider who preformed the surgery only to find my ureter was tortuous and he could not get through. He had to put in a stent.now I have to have another surgery. This ureter tortuous was caused from chronic obstruction from the kidney stone which has grown to 8mm now. I was just a number on a char. It was HARD to get follow-up appointments. Only got to seed Dr. Swaim more than once. I was bounced around the providers. When I saw the doctors, they were nice. Did not see Dr. Jansen but during lithotripsy. He did not do follow up. No appointments. As a result of being strung along, I am having complications. It's been 3 1/2 weeks. Never heard back from Dr Swain or Grand Strand Hospital . By the way, their portal is of no use. They do not put up to date medical info on there. Just messages. read more

First visit to the Conway location and was very impressed with the facility. Large and beautifully appointed, it reminded me more of a spa or LA plastic surgeon's office. Dr Quillen was excellent and the PAs were great too. Highly recommend. read more

Went there for the initial blood sample for the doc. Front counter staff are incredibly rude. I was treated like chattel. I walked out. I have been going there for 10 yrs and never had such rude treatment. So rude in fact that the people sitting there were in disbelief at their treatment of me. This needs to be addressed. read more

Doctor was fine had a lab test never heard back from the clinic. Received a email from the lab. I needed a prescription called multiple times over a 4 day period and finally had a call back from nurse. My event wasn't serious but 4 days for a call back with multiple messages left. I will be dropping this company and taking my business worse where. They don't care about my health and are unprofessional. read more

From the phone call to set the appointment to the time I walked in the door to the time I left, was treated with great respect, care and compassion. EXCELLENT quality of care. Telephone auto attendant will not ever connect to anyone or a VM. It goes dead. Office manager in South Strand area is rude. She even volunteered to cancel all of my follow up appointments after I posed a question about a previous one. So I said absolutely. If all of that doesn't bother you and you don't mind waiting at least an hour before going into exam room to wait more, maybe this is the place for you. On a final note, I was told one of their diagnostic tools was used as a courtesy to patients. So diagnosis is a courtesy here. read more

Absolutely awful administrative staff. And the office has more patients than they can handle. However, the triage nurse and the office manager are absolutely rude and over defensive, and extremely unprofessional. When I needed to complain about how hard it was to get hold of the triage nurse, she was extremely defensive and acted as if I were on trial. (She even put me on speaker phone) Instead of apologizing for anything she said she was not going to change that practice based on one person. Unreal. read more

I went to see Dr. Grudzinski early last summer and got diagnosed with prostate cancer. A PSA (prostate specific antigen) reading of 66 point something. Not good news, obviously. But working in tandem with the Carolina Regional Cancer Center they came up with a treatment regimen and after a combination of radiation therapy and hormone therapy and having to deal with Hurricane Florence they knocked that number down to 3 point something. Two thumbs up to Dr. Grudzinski and the crew at the Loris office! They rock! read more
