Just as everyone said - made an appointment showed up 1/2 hour after the 11:00am to 1:00 pm window of time and was not prepared to do the work! Plus stated the job will cost $60 more than quoted over the phone and needed to reschedule because he showed up without the proper equipment DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME! Find anyone else. Will NEVER use their service again. The windows were washed and looked ok before the sun hit them the next day. Called, complained, the guy returned but it was dark by then so he could not see how bad the windows were. Said they would call to set up another appointment. Still waiting. Total bait and switch, I used them last year, they only did an "ok" job had to come back for a second visit to get it right. I live in a two story home, they did last year for $99. They called and said they would like to clean my homes windows again this year for $99 so I said yes. The first appointment I was called by the tech who was lost on the other side of town, then an hour later they said the truck had broken down and had to reschedule. Then on the reschedule day, the tech shows up and tells me he will only clean the first floor windows. I called the office and told thats all they want to do... TOTAL RIP OFF AND BATE AND SWICH, THEY KNOW THE HOUSE AND BID THE PRICE, AFTER STAYING HOME FOR TWO DAYS THEY WANT MORE MONEY? S just doesn't get it. Why does she think it was OK to bump me from 11 AM to 2 PM to 3 PM and to 4 PM and then not show up at all? Would it have been wrong to ask one of her appointments the next morning, when I was available, to take the 2 PM appointment she offered me, when I could not be home? Why not ASK? Because that would be bumping somebody? Because their time is as valuable as mine? I think not. Scheduled service, tech came and said he was not "small enough" to reach between sliding doors and screens and left. A different tech came the following day, did a fair job but neglected to wipe down sliding door tracks which is supposed to be included. Trying to get them to come out to clean the tracks after being paid has been a challenge; initially scheduled for 8am, no show, no call. Called Sabrina's and was told a tech would be there between 4-6pm, not convenient for us. Never able to speak with same rep which meant going through whole rigamarole over and over. Very poor operations, would not use them again or recommend them to neighbors. read more

They called me and said they had been to home before and based on that offered me a price. They said they were running a promotion and the price included 3 fans and 2 mirrors and all windows, tracts and screens and a rain- X type of solution on the windows. When they arrived the man said that price was only an estimate and he said the real price was 75$ higher than the price quoted on the phone. They also had called my neighbors and said that I use them., which was not true! I asked them to leave and take my name off their list. read more

So sorry that we called them back. We used them a little over a year ago when we first moved into our home to just do the second floor as we didn't want to have to get up on ladders (old people problems!). The gentleman that came out did a decent job so we decided to call them back out again instead of switching to the company our neighbor recommended (they've used them for over 12 years without issue). Now I wish we had called the other company. We were just out front and noticed black marks under our bedroom windows at the front of the house. Thinking it might just be dirt, my husband hit it with the hose to wash it off. Nope, didn't budge. I went upstairs and removed the screen. He had scraped the paint off of the wall and the trim! Of course, two different colors. We did not paint the house these colors, but we did find the paint cans in the garage when we moved in. Of course in the years since it was painted and the fact that the front of the house faces east so it gets a beating in the Florida sun every morning, it has faded from the actual color. Nice. I have somewhat clean windows (streaks in the bathroom window) but now have spots where the paint doesn't match. Will never, ever use this company again. I'll get on the ladder, at 66 years old, before they ever get my business again. read more

appointment was from 2-3 . Finally after calling twice to the company some one show up at 4.50 . Over the phone price was quoted $79.00 then when the guy show up it went up to $109.00. He end up washing my windows when it was dark outside . I will never call them again and will not recommend this company to anyone. read more

So I found Sabrina's when I googled searched for a window cleaner because my guy never showed for two days in a row. I was kinda hesitant to use them even though they do a lot of my neighbors because on yelp / google they have less than stellar reviews, but I called them anyways because I was in a spot because we were having 50 people over the next day for my mothers 80th birthday party...... the girl on the phone was very accommodating, squeezed me in and assured me that they do a great job and if there was any problems they would send someone out asap to fix it and that for a real review of their company I could check them out on HomeAdvisor, Angies List and the BBB that they have really good reviews on those sites that people just go on yelp to complain. Well i'm glad i listened to her, they did a better job than my guy, great customer service They definitely won my business! I promised the girl on the phone if they did a great job I would give them great reviews where ever I could, they earned this review :) read more

On both Federal and Florida State Do Not Call lists but guy called me cold canvassing. I explained he should not be calling me since I am on the Do Not Call lists and he said I was not on his list. I told him he needs to up-date his list as I have been on the lists for ears and his firm can be fined for calling me. He said he would add me to his list. read more

After a recommendation from a neighbor, I decided to try them. I was a bit nervous at first because the quoted price seemed low (you get what you pay for or some companies "nickle and dime" upon arrival) but when the window cleaner arrived the price was LOWER than the estimate I received on the phone !! They only sent out one person but the job was done quickly and I can't believe how clean my windows are, it's like they aren't even there, thankfully my sliding glass doors are on the second floor or else I'd be afraid someone would walk into one, I also got a weather treatment (included in their price, some sort of special they are offering) so they should stay clean longer-no more water spots yippee ! I was also impressed by the honesty of whomever they sent out-my son-who knows better-accidentally left some money on his dresser and it was still there when he left, this type of honesty (sadly) is rare these days. I would give a Zero if I could. Sabrina's contacted me by telemarketing. I thought they were worth a try. I really like to support the businesses in my area and will in the future. They made an appt. with me and called 2x to say the technician was delayed. An 8 am appt. turned into 2:30 pm. At 2:30 the technician showed, looked around and said he could not complete the job before dark. This was two days before Thanksgiving. He told me he would be there 1st thing the following Monday between 8-9 am. At 9 I called Sabrina's number in Pompano. The receptionist said that I was not on the schedule and she would call the tech and she would "call me right back". I told her my situation and appreciated a call back as this was the second day I had set aside to have my windows cleaned. Forty five minutes went by, no call. I called back and she answered again. She told me, "I could not contact the guy in your area". (I am making all the effort to contact this company.). She said she would see what she could do to "work me in some time". I told her that a telemarketer had called me and to please take me off the "list". I am going local to a business that has been around for 40 years. read more

I have used Atlantic Window Cleaning 5 times over the last few years. This was the last time. While the windows do look nice and clean, I feel that they used unethical tactics to try to charge me more, similar to the other reviews on this site. I have paid the same $135 every single time they came in the past, for the exact same work. When I made the appointment, I confirmed the price again. They arrived on time and did the work in about 1 hour 20 minutes, then gave us an invoice for $195. We went back and forth with the worker, who said our check for $135 was unacceptable and would not take it. We have to contact the supervisor (Rachel), because the person who took our appointment (Misty) was not there. She said we would work it out when Misty returned. The next day Misty had no apologies for the miscommunication. She said we were underpriced but they would accept the $135 this time only. She could not understand why I continued to be upset about them misrepresenting themselves. I spoke with the supervisor again and received several explanations. The first was that we only did the outside in the past....NOT TRUE! The second was that we have more doors now....NOT TRUE! The last was that the technician made a note and also told us last time that our price would be higher in the future....NOT TRUE!! If the price was going to be higher, they should have told us when we scheduled the appointment and then we could have decided one way or another. A business has the right to charge what they want, and the potential customer will then make a decision, but don't try to scam people. If you made a mistake and there was a miscommunication, then for goodness sake JUST APOLOGIZE!!!! It's called customer service. read more
