Pros: Raymond and Carla did a wonderful job thoroughly cleaning my home. They even made designs with my towels and tissues! Home smells clean when I enter. Cons: constant last minute cancelling and rescheduling. Something happened with the old team and they are no longer with the company. New cleaners are not as thorough and detailed. I expressed this to the owner and he never replied back. So I ended up finding better value, consistency, and cleaning with another company. read more

I contacted a few cleaning companies the weekend before Thanksgiving. This company gave me the best price. I am glad I went with them. The day before the cleaning service, I notified them they needed to to provide my building with a copy of their insurance. On the day of the service, I still had not received it but I was in constant contact with the owner who was super patient and helpful. They sent me over the insurance but my building was being totally nit picky and needed something removed. They were able to get me the insurance back in a timely manner and the cleaners were able to do their job upstairs. I had a move out clean. They did great work! They left the appliances and drawers very clean! I contacted the owner for a super long shot asking him if he could get someone to come and clean the condo I just moved into. He had cleaners the next day. Steven and Jennifer took about an hour and a half to clean the condo. It was good work. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because in both condos, the bathroom tile was not scrubbed; it was just wiped. Perhaps that's my fault and I should have asked if there was an additional charge for that service. I will definitely be contacting them again for more services. I hired first class cleaning because I got behind on house duties. I called them and they texted me a quote to clean my 3/2. I didn't want to give my credit card number through text messages so they instructed me to go through the site and the rate was definitely more than quoted but whatever I needed my home cleaned. The first appointment they missed and had to reschedule. When they came out for the second appointment there were communication issues between the lady they sent out and the company. She was saying she didn't know how to use the group chat. She didn't have anyone with her to knock it out so it took her about 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend them. They wasted so much of my time. The quality of cleaning was like my ten year old son cleaning the house and me going back and telling him to do stuff correctly don't be lazy. Stains on the floor along with a kids cup. The cereal we ate the night before was still in the floor in the kitchen. I questioned rather she swept the floors. Clothes weren't folded properly. The quality of cleaning was not good for me. I express this and sent pictures to the company and they asked if I wanted the lady to come back in the am to clean missed spots and areas. Honestly it was too much of a hassle to hire them to begin with and I didn't want to give any more of my time to then to clean my space. I just went behind them and charged the $200+ dollars to the game of finding a good residential cleaning company. Update: Hello I don't know what you are talking about. I did not have a trash bag full of clothes and nothing was courtesy. I wasn't charged after sending the video of the clothes obviously not folded properly and some clothes just balled up underneath other clothes in a little pile and when I declined the offer for you all to come back and make a third appointment I wasn't charged for that part of the service. We've used this service for a while now, and have never been disappointed. The cleaners are professional and thorough, and we're comfortable having them in our home. A special shout out to Jenny, whose warmth as a person and good conversation makes cleaning day a win win. Andrew does the bookings and is responsive and flexible if things come up, as they do. I have a weekend condo on the beach. I have been using First Class Cleaning FLA for the past 3 months and I am extremely happy with their cleaning. I contracted First Class Cleaning FLA to clean my mirrors, sliding glass doors, and oven. The woman who came to clean did an outstanding job. I would defiantly hire her again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, this is where the positive experience ends. When initially trying to set up the cleaning service, the website offered no way to customize cleaning options. Therefore, I had to call an answering service and wait for a call back from "the owner". After a series of texts back and forth to iron out what I wanted to be done I was told to "go on the website and pay the agreed amount". I would've been happy to, except the website was not pricing the services to the agreed amount. I notified the "owner" of this via text and was asked to provide my card info via text and that he would charge my card accordingly. I replied that I don't feel comfortable doing this as that's a serious security risk for data theft and fraud. The "owner" replied that in that case, we could process it over the phone. After the cleaning appointment was completed, the "owner" reached out again via text asking how the cleaning was and that he wanted to confirm the credit card number. Before I had a chance to reply he sent the entire card number via text! I immediately informed him this is a serious breach of data security as well as very unprofessional. Rather than offer to make it right, he attempted to rationalize his actions by saying he did not send the expiration date, CVV code, or zip code, implying that it was ok to send the card number w/o this other info. This is an incredibly unprofessional and dangerous company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! read more

CC info taken I told them I'd give address and when I attempted no phone responses no call backs . I emailed I also back tracked yelp. Finally I was told we are booked we had no address. Like since you don't return calls can u call me? Possibly.. traveling and leaving condo clean is reflection on me , they would have never came called or responded if I didn't continue to reach out.
