My windows are now (you should pardon the expression) "night and day" better than before. Two guys spent four hours here yesterday to accomplish that. During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight. It's not easy to make sure things are clean in the dark, although, looking at my windows this morning, they are (clean). I got some cheaper quotes, but I'm not sorry I paid for quality work. This is a top notch company! They are very professional, courteous and efficient. Two men came to our home named Carlos and Juan. They worked quickly, quietly and were extremely nice. They cleaned our windows inside and out. They cleaned our screens. They cleaned out our tracks. They did our entire mirrored wall. Also all our sliding glass doors at a fair competitive price. As you can see by the pictures they did an amazing job and they pay high attention to detail which is very important to me. After viewing their ratings on Yelp, I hired Island Window Cleaning Service to clean my two bedroom second floor condo's windows. They came and met the person who watches our unit when we are not there to give me a price. The price was reasonable so I booked them for late December when we were there. The person who came to do the work was polite and hardworking. He stayed at my little unit for five (!) hours and did an amazing job! What I did not mention is we live on a golf course which was completely redone last summer/fall so there was major construction outside our unit and the windows were filthy and there was stuff hanging down from the outside roof overhang soffits. I left forgetting to ask him to clean them but he did it on his own. I paid double the estimate and tipped him well for the extra effort they put in. I highly recommend them. read more

They actually respond to your phone call.They come out and take pictures and then you get a price from Art within a couple of hours. If you agree they call back with schedule date. Showed up on time and did a great job. Sergi was so quiet and respectful of home. Windows look great. They do windows the correct way-by hand not squirting some solution and using a squeegee.
