If you have never been to a spa before, it's quite common to be upsold on products and services. I'm familiar with it, and I have no problem saying no, but want to mention to folks who are considering coming who may not be familiar so it's not surprising when it happens. Typically they stop if you say no, and this was my experience here so it was fine. The location is awesome and there is enough to do here to keep you occupied for a couple hours. You could really make a whole day of it if you get a couple services, want to do some shopping or browsing, and a meal. Speaking of food, it's worth mentioning they have a little tea and snack bar in the lobby. The furniture here is not that comfortable and does not feel cozy.
