After just three adjustments, I had to stop all services for medical reasons. The adjustments themselves were fine, though I don't have prior chiropractic experience to compare them to. What's most frustrating is that I was never given any written information about the cancellation policy or process. There were no documents, emails, or signed agreements outlining how to cancel. Everything was handled verbally, which made it impossible to officially cancel my membership despite my clear intent to do so. Their website also provides no information about cancellation policies which only adds to the lack of transparency. Now, months later (4-6 months to be exact), I'm still disputing charges for services I never received. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere reputable, preferably accredited by the BBB, and not a business with multiple complaints already filed against them.

I used to get sciatica if I was sat in the car for about an hour and did two 9-10 hour drives for the holidays and it's completely healed. I lost more than an inch of my height about 2-3 years ago and was told by other chiropractors there is nothing they can do it's just normal for aging and guess what Dr. Doug helped me get all of my height back in the first 5 weeks of my appointments (3 times a week plus daily at home exercises and traction for my initial care plan. His back office staff play a big role in how well he is able to flow from patient to patient effectively. The surgery to repair my broken right-hand wrist injury was handled as a priority due to the time frame between the day of the injury and the day I was seen in his office, Dr. Traub performed my surgery within the same week as my initial office visit.
