But what impressed me most about Shannon, was that he declined two other jobs - electrical in nature - that were beyond his skill set. Many others would have quoted and either tried to do it, or subbed it out. He politely told us that others could do it better and cheaper.

Called again 2 more times and his installer showed up Jul 31st and said he would be back tomorrow as he needed something to do the job. Called again Aug 6th as no return to fix gutters securely against house. Response on Aug 11th saying it is a builder roofing problem on your new home. I asked a certified Handyman and he looked at them and said he could fix, as the gutter is not properly affixed to the home. This is the poorest work and customer service I have encountered since returning to GA in April 2018. I do not recommend anyone use this company because of poor workmanship and no professionalism.
