So there's a few misconceptions about this…read moreplace (Action Recycling Center) With COVID-19 being in place, their hours have changed like most other places, even big stores such as Walmart. Their hours Mon-Fri 8:30-4:30Pm & Sat 8-4Pm. Also when it comes to closing, like every other place, they ask for people to come 15 minutes before, so don't be that person who shows up last minute. They do have a strict policy as well with masks (it's mandatory). They are pretty nice people too, when you see a person on the street with no mask (nowadays), the average person doesn't just go up and yell at them. They're only asking for us to be considerate, since they are in the heat (or cold) all day long while wearing masks. Plus! Aren't they the ones who are gathering, sorting, and picking up your materials? That takes a toll on one's body, just saying‍ Lastly, when it comes to how clean the place is, it can get dirty yes, but they really do try to keep on top of it Thanks Action Recycling for being open during this pandemic and wish all of you guys well! Sometimes our recycling bins get too full and so we can go drop them off at the Cherry Creek recycling drop off in their bins. For this particular visit, however we had tree shrubs that we needed to get rid of. We pulled up and the gentleman at the front directed us to drop off our tree shrubs in a particular area and then we drove off. It was quick and easy. I did have to pay because I had 5 boxes and only 3 are free. It around $20. There were some challenges with payment technology, but the staff was very friendly, down to earth and efficient. My favorite! Muddy parking lot because snow melt, but the unload section is on concrete.

You pull in and follow the sign that points to the scale for cans only to be told no, cans are across the street. I go across the street and deal with the gruff employee who can only grunt two words at a time. He weighs my cans and hands me a sheet of paper. I try the two entrance doors to the North of where I am, both are locked. I have to ask some random customer there to sell a junk car what to do with the paper. He tells me I need to take it back across the street in order to get my cash. For God's sake All Recycling, how about a sign or two explaining your asinine process? Or better yet, how about you train your employees a bit better?

She was at least 30 years his senior, so I thought that was nice of him. She was friendly too. My son and I found the facility very interesting. They had huge boxes full of ammo brass, computer hard drives, and other interesting stuff. I don't know what Mr. One Star review expected...... It's a recycling company. It's going to smell like what leaks out of hundreds of thousands of cans a day, or out of copper pipes that are being recycled. It adds to the experience. Someone's a bit too sheltered.

I pressed the ring bell from the weight scale. She waved her hand telling me came over to the window and said don't want to sell the concrete recycle road base for me because last time she was angry with me some reason for the my truck license plate did not recognize. I asked her why every time I come here to buy or dump the materials you're always give me in trouble??? I tried to speaking with the manager or owner but she didn't not let me and waved her hands bye bye bye ( the video and picture in the bottom) I would like if the owner will see this reviews and may fire her if they can!!!
