My cuzs daughter was having a birthday party and my dude said he didn't have time to get party rental stuff which is odd cause he doesn't do much since he stop working due to laziness but unk sadri comes to the rescue by calling atlas party rentals in mount Vernon. I MUST be honest , my part was easy , made a phone call , paid for the rentals which was priced reasonable and the tables , chairs , tents , and floor mats were delivered, set up in short notice and the crew were very neat and quick with setup and with pickup the next day . I don't agree with a few pics showing ragged chairs , the tables and chairs were new and solid looking from our experience. Birthday party was fun , my niece was happy , the guest were happy , my cuz was happy and most important, I didn't have to lift a finger as atlas party rentals did it all. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and would recommend 100 percent . read more

Atlas Party Rentals were great partners providing all the tents, chairs and tables for last year's Pelham Civic Association TOONERVILLE MUSIC FESTIVAL. Scott worked with our volunteer team to ensure we had everything we needed to keep our talent and stage crew covered and well cared for. The setup crew were on-time, friendly and flexible with where everything needed to be set up. They really came through when this one day annual outdoor fundraiser was faced with a forecast for torrential rain and 600 tickets already sold. Gary and Scott were great! We rented various tables, easels, stanchions, and a tent for our wedding and they made the process so easy! We originally got the tent for potential weather, but we were able to cancel the tent a few days prior once we knew the weather and it didn't look like we'd need it. They arrived on time to drop off all of the rentals, and picked them up same day as soon as the event was over. Their team was timely, efficient, and easy to work with! Prior to my event I had the privilege to speak with a pleasant gentleman by the name Gary. Unfortunately, by the time I needed the chairs from my initial inquiry I was told he was out on vacation. I would have given a 4 star but Scott needs some customer service training. The Brevity in his responses and his Stoic in person demeanor makes my body cringe in disgust. I rented black Chiavari chairs for me event and most is not all the chairs looked like the chair in the picture some of which were loose and unstable for sitting. The were filthy and covered in dust; as if they were pulled from some Abyss. The cushions, however, were a beautiful pink. I'm very thankful not all my guests showed up because those chairs were a hazard. I called to provide feedback and was hurried off of the phone with a thank you for letting us know; no apologies nothing, just rude. read more

I used Atlas Party Rentals last summer for a backyard party. I needed a dance floor to accommodate 30-40ppl. The Atlas crew arrived the afternoon before with a floor that when partially pieced together turned out to be too flimsy and was falling a part as it was being placed on top of grass. I was devastated! I called Gary at Atlas with the workers still there trying to figure out what to do. Gary provided a solution to use a more sturdy floor, but it would have to be put together on the day of the party. That was not what I had in mind. I wanted to get as many things done the day before to avoid having to do everything the day of the party. The next morning, around 8:00am, party was at 2:00pm, the Atlas crew returned with the much more sturdy danceable dance floor, put it together and also helped us assemble my tent over the dance floor all within an hour. Disaster averted!! I would definitely use Atlas' services again in the future. read more

Atlas Party Rentals really has fantastic service. I worked with Gary and he was extremely patient with us as we changed our order over and over again leading up to our event. We were all over the place in terms of number of attendees and went from 100 chairs to 50 chairs to 10 chairs! Gary was always unflappable, friendly and positive about our changes. We decided to add tables to the order--no problem. I would say that the two top reasons to work with Atlas are service and price... they are very reasonable! I really liked the delivery people as well. They were always on time--both for drop off and pick up. Bob, especially, was a great help in getting us set up. He was upbeat and very customer oriented. We needed to ensure that floors weren't scratched and they were very careful. The only thing to be aware of, is that this rental company provides adequate products at a very low price. That means that the products might be on the older side. For the most part this was just fine. The tables were old but of course, we had linens so tablecloths covered them and no one was the wiser. The chairs were fine as is. They were in excellent condition. However, the podium was pretty battered. I had to clean it and then I had to use Old English furniture polish to get it to a point where it was usable. I also covered the top portion with a poster. It was chipped enough that polish wasn't going to be enough. In the end the podium looked awesome, but it took some time to get it there:) You might want to ask for a photo of the item ahead of time just to be sure that it's going to work for your event. With that said, we were very appreciative of the price of the items, and we thought the customer service was EXCELLENT! We would definitely use Atlas Party Rentals again, and we are very grateful to Gary for his fantastic service! read more

I found Atlas when the other company I had contracted to provide for my chairs failed to provide the proper insurance documents required by our ceremony site. I spoke with Gary from Atlas who provided the documentation within 30 minutes and gave us a great price! Just as he said during our first conversation, "We are always on time". Even better--they were 15 minutes early! Unlike other company's we contacted, they can arrange exact pick-up times, not 3-hour windows like the cable companies. The set-up staff was professional and courteous and was quick with set-up and take down. They were very willing to work with us to get exactly the set-up we wanted. I had a great experience with Atlas Party Rentals. Excellent pricing and great service. I needed to rent a 30'x20' tent, tables, bar, glassware, dishes, catering supplies, etc. for a party I was planning. I comparison shopped two other companies recommended by caterers I was interviewing and found Atlas prices were lower on almost every item I needed, plus they quoted less for delivery. The Atlas guys offered me helpful advice all along the way and were very patient with my many questions via email and phone calls. They even sent someone to survey the area I wanted to tent before I committed to the order. They delivered the equipment and picked it up afterwards exactly when they said they would. Terribly company!!! They delivered (4) damaged unusable tables and refused to replace them. When I called them Gary Shure, yelled at me and hung up the phone.. I ended up having to rent (4) tables from another vendor the day before my event...DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.... they are unprofessional and nasty!!!!! If they had a zero stars i would pick it. spoke with these people plenty of time in advance for a church event. Newly renovated church hall the delivery men dragged the tables along the wall and scratched a new paint job. Told them while it was happening and they didnt care. Ordered 20 tables only got 18 they didnt tell me they were short I counted so count the tables people theyre dishonest. Called Gary after the workers delivering the tables refused to remark the invoice to indicate 18 not 20 tables his answer was a real snotty thats fine I can take them away if youre not happy. They know they have you over a barrel because youre having an event and you have no alternative. I will not do business with them again and have alerted every church in Brooklyn not to use them. I also have gotten cheaper quotes from people that are local so later Atlas you went out of your way to disrespect a church. Hope it was worth it. read more

TERRIBLE. They set up a tent for my party around 1pm, told me it would last until they had to take it down (48 hours later). It completely fell apart before the party even started at 9pm. The side walls tore and the poles used to hold up the structure completely collapsed. Everyone at the party, as well as the management of the building where the party was held was appalled at the job done. read more
