If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered 10-6ft tables that arrived 45 mins late. Not to mention the tables came filthy! One had bird poop on it, one looked like something died and solidified on it, one had two holes in it, one had two broken legs with black masking table barely holding it together, and lastly one looked like some wild animal chewed all four corners. I have ordered multiple item and had a few events with them over the years, I have to say they have always come through in a pinch for me. The office staff is always professional and try to accommodate me without a problem. I highly recommend Frankie's Carnival time. read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I planned a client event renting the cotton candy machine and snow cone machine and organized it to be delivered between 1:30-2p. The machines didn't show up until 4:30pm!!! The conversation between the staff was horrible at best. They were unable to coordinate with me and had terrible customer service. In addition, they neglected to tell me that an Uber would be dropping it off - no one would be there to physically pick it up so my client's office manager had to help. Don't even get me started about the pick up. After being told they would pick it up on the same day at 6pm - they said they wouldn't be able to and would get it on Monday at 11a. Fine - but of course not; they attempted to get it at 2pm, again with the uber driver. No one was able to bring it down so the uber driver left. The company then tried to charge me an additional $25 for the issues. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This has yet to be resolved but I can only imagine it will continue to get worse. Rented three machines - popcorn, cotton candy and sno cone - for a birthday party on the UWS on a Sunday afternoon. Delivery was over half an hour late so they were not done setting up by the time the party started. The sno cone machine DID NOT COME WITH ICE. I was not told before the event that we would need to provide ice. The venue I had the party at kindly provided me with a large bucket of ice cubes - however, that is not the ice that works best in sno cone machines, it melts too quickly. The machine should have come with a block of ice - I have rented sno cone machines from other vendors before and they ALWAYS come with a block of ice. After I complained they issued me a $65 refund but that didn't seem sufficient considering the $800 I paid them for the three rentals. read more

Do yourselves all a favor and use another company. One that is more organized, more professional and more reliable. My experience was terrible, which is unfortunate because the woman who I originally spoke with was very nice. If you care to read why my experience was so terrible then continue reading, but for those of you who just need an opinion, mine is to NEVER use this company. Where do I even start. I called on Monday to reserve A SINGLE COTTON CANDY MACHINE for a local nursing home for a carnival Thursday. I spoke with someone and I was told I can pick it up the day of, no problem. So at 10:15am I head to pick up my cotton candy machine, only to find out that not only did no one even WRITE MY ORDER DOWN, there are no cotton candy machines on the premises, so I'd have to go pick it up at the warehouse. Okay, no problem- I'm an understanding person and I know things happen. They tell me I'll have to go pick it up at 12pm. I arrive at 12pm and there is not a single person here. I wait til 12:15 and call. "He'll be there in a few minutes." Okay no problem. 12:30 someone shows up but doesn't have keys and asks ME to call the store cause he doesn't have the number. I speak with someone who says they will call me back. 12:45 they call me back and tell me that my order has already been delivered..... HMM okay 1. I did not order anything for delivery 2. How do you not even know who you are calling??? FINALLY AT 12:50 the guy with the keys shows up. Don't be fooled, it's not over yet. The guy with the keys somehow CANT GET THE DOOR OPEN. He goes to try the other door, only to then realize HE HAS THE WRONG KEYS. So he leaves to go get the right ones. I call the store back because at this point I'm done I don't even want their machine I just want to speak with an owner. They had me on hold for 10 minutes and when I finally spoke with someone I left my number for the owner to call me back- still waiting for that. I finally got the machine which was another huge disappointment. The knob on the front for the "heat adjustment" literally fell off as the machine vibrated, which it did so violently it began to spin on the table. It was so loud you couldn't anything else going on in the room. Just an overall terrible experience. Never putting myself through that again. read more

My experience with this company was very dissatisfying...The entertainment I believe I was hiring was definitely not what arrived. I request a scary clown for an adult party the clown appearance was very basic nothing at all about him was scary.. I felt I waste my money along with my time I would never recommend this company nor ever use them again. Absolutely a horrible experience!! read more

We used Frankie's Carnival for our recent Halloween event and we had a good experience. They were on time and the PopCorn cart was a fun addition. If we work with them again, we would request a different attendant though ... our girl was talking on her cell phone on a personal call during our event in the room of the party as she was attending the cart - that is not acceptable. So next time, we'll request someone else for sure! read more

My son's school used Frankie's for our recent Spring Fair. We had four bouncies, dunk tank, tables and son come machine. I found the men to be timely, efficient and able to trouble shoot when an issue arose. It's no easy job so I appreciated their flexibility. read more

We booked ponies and was told we could only cancel two days in advance if we had a problem with the weather. Well the day of our party the company calls us and says the driver had an accident and they can't send the ponies so instead they would send a bouncy house. We could go anywhere for a bouncy house and I think we should not be charged full price. Ok they had an accident but by telling us we need 2 days to cancel in case of bad weather they should have a backup driver or some provisions to provide the service. We are beyond upset! I would not recommend these crooks to anyone for a party or any other event. Rented bounce house and popcorn machine. They were supposed to come 30 min before party to setup. They came 40 min after party started!! To top it off, it's just cheap bags of popcorn already popped that they throw into a machine, definitely not worth the $$$. read more

I would not use this place! I booked them 2 months in advance for my son's birthday, a clown, character and snow cone machine. The party started at 3pm and they were expected at 5pm, at 3pm I got a message and called them back, it was explained that the clown got hurt and would not be able to make it. I was ok with that call and was understanding until 5:30pm came and the character showed up without the snow cone machine! I was mad! Apparently someone did not do their job right and over booked that day and unfortunately my son had to suffer! The next day I called them to explain that it wasn't the $ I cared about it was that children expected things that did not happen and they were upset, instead of understanding I got a rude unapologetic person. I had 100 people at that birthday party that knew what happened and I am certain none of them will be using Frankie's Carnival Time for their parties! read more
