Peak PT is just an unbelievable knowlegeable and compassionate group. This review pertains to the Hale Parkway location. I again had shoulder pain 4 weeks after a cortisone shot rendered me pain free. Dr. Parker, my orthopedic, gave me the option of one more cortisone shot and then surgery-- or PT. When I started, I was barely swimming 50 m freestyle as my shoulder could not withstand impingement after my surgery of 8 years ago. A combination of 20 min massages by Steve, combined with some needling (Jennifer) and cupping plus creative bands and balance workouts crafted by Beth, Aaron, Connor, and Taylor, all of whom devised exercises to not only strengthen my shoulder but also to work on balance. Not only have I increased my swimming from barely 1000 m to 2000 m+; I can also now just hop up onto the starter blocks -- no wobble just solid footing--strong starts (gone the fear of DQ from perhaps falling in!). I worked with this group for 4 months - twice a week - the result was just outstanding. Not only was the PT effective, but so much fun -- I really miss PT --how many reviews state that! Out of no where, i started constantly hurting for a year and a half. I sought out acupuncture and it helped to a point. I finally broke down and got a recommendation to this place. Chris did what was called nuro manipulation. I have not been so relieved in a long time. I can last longer now without pain then I have in a few years. It was very extensive with the physical training, but it's all worth it. I am excited to try their massage. I hear wonderful things and that they are always booked. I've had PT a couple of times before in a different state and Rebound was the best. The atmosphere is congenial, light and professional and educational. My recovery was great and my knee is doing well a year post op. I've referred a couple of friends to Rebound and would go back there again without hesitation if I needed PT again. I repeated asked mul times a day for some warmer clothes as I was freezing. you are only given one blanket. Ms. Misha gave me a second blanket to try to warm up but the unit was soooo cold and you couldn't take blankets into the rec area. On Monday the nurse yelled at me to "cover my legs " as shorts were not permitted. I was given paper scrubs that fell down over my behind. Other gender neutral people were still permitted to just wear shorts!! On Tuesday (5 days in facility) a BHA offered me a size 20 pair of pants, 5x pair of pants and 3x and 2x pair of pants. I asked him his waste size and added 10 to his number then asked "Could you wear tho pants without a belt?" he responded negatively. The people leading the groups were fantastic! however bring warm clothing and expect not to sleep as they constantly wake you up to ask you to show your bracelet.

I strongly recommend that you do not go here for physical therapy. The physical therapists do good…read morework. And the front desk receptionists are kind and knowledgeable. But in my opinion the billing practices are very odd. And billing itself is a mess. I've had my share of injuries over the years that have required PT. This is the 4th PT office I've been to in the Denver Metro so I am no stranger to PT. This is the 1st time I've encountered an office where your appointment with your physical therapist can be shared with another patient. You do not necessarily get dedicated 1:1 time. The bills don't reflect this though. Same price for split focus. On top of that, you are line item billed for every single piece of equipment you touch. Or any work that is done to you. This is not explained in advance of your first visit. My past experiences have always been 1:1 time at a set price. My insurance has not changed across all the clinics I've been to. So, this is not a problem with my insurance. They also charge wildly more than I've ever personally experienced. One PT clinic I regularly went to didn't take insurance. And they charged less than Rocky Mountain Spine and Sport. After seeing my first bill in the mail I stopped going to this practice immediately. I paid my outstanding bills online, using the "Visit Us Online" instructions as per the bill. And 3 weeks later received the same bill with a warning that my account was delinquent and will be sent to collections. I called billing and it turns out that their payment instructions, or their website, or both, are incorrect. And I was tasked with calling a different office to get a refund and then call the billing department back to pay 'correctly'. I am essentially being tasked with fixing their mistake for them. I can't imagine how many patients the billing department is tasking with fixing the organization's mistake. Do. Not. Go. Here.
