I learned a ton about myself and think differently about the world. It's very hard to describe how much I got from Atlas. It was like a firehose of feedback and insights about myself. I wrote probably 20+ pages of things I learned, but here are some bullet points off the top of my head: I learned the importance to my relationship with my word, and significantly strengthened it I learned that I tend to hesitate and hold back, especially when I know I'm right. And I completely changed this and stopped hesitating in my life. People respect me more, I respect myself more, and I live more authentically. - I learned to take FULL responsibility for everything in my life, and actually embrace that into everything I do - I learned that I was extremely selfish and a horrendous team player, and improved that throughout Atlas - I learned that my actions inspire people, and that I get to be an enrolling force to everyone in my life - I learned the importance of honesty and integrity, in everything that I do - I learned the importance of giving, and that the people who give the most are typically the happiest. AND I got to practice that consistently and implement that into my life Some tangible results that were created in my life: - I started posting on YouTube again which is my dream to do full-time, when I had previously quit for the last 8 months - Renewed energy for my business which created an extra $7,000/M in revenue - Consistently working on things I cared about for 60+ hours a week without burning out - Finding renewed passion for life that I thought I had lost years ago - I went from nearly breaking up with my girlfriend to seeing myself spending the rest of my life with her TLDR: Atlas can be difficult for many people. There is life before Atlas and life after Atlas...and after is WAY BETTER. This is hands down the best leadership program I have done. It's a way to basically elevate your entire life to be in alignment with your values and desires. Suddenly, things you thought were impossible become possible...and actually happen. For example, I was a stressed out, overworked CEO and now I live a life of both leisure and impact. I had a terrible relationship with my dad, now he is my number one confidante. I had insomnia and anxiety, and now I sleep 7+ hours every night. The real win is just living in JOY every day. I did atlas 2 years ago, it changed my life. I struggled with not feeling worthy and really low self talk that didn't help my depression or anxiety. Atlas has helped me find a new trust and belief in myself, helped me believe that I could find my dream job that I have now, and has inspired me to go back to grad school to get a degree in social work. Being a female combat veteran, I was living with intense PTSD, anxiety, depression for years. After going through The Atlas Project, I am now living with a new perspective on life.
