In the initial walkthrough, they walk me through the issue and showed me why the issue was happening. Also told me about other concerns but wasn't trying to upsell me on doing more repairs than what I wanted which I appreciated. After I decided to go with them, Saul was able to get me on the schedule quickly and always communicated if there were any hiccups. The job was finished in about 6 hours. At the end, Saul and Dad was able to show me pictures of the work and provide a portfolio of the job at the end. I highly recommend if you have any roofing or need storm proofing as that is their speciality. I have some gutter and panels that need proofing and will be using them again. Anastacio came out the first week of the new year and was very professional and knowledgeable. We needed some flashing replaced that was really never installed correctly. Anastacio was determined to make sure the work was done correctly. We waited after a heavy rain to ensure there were no more leaks on the ceiling before writing this review. His quote for gutters and mesh guards is the best we've received also. He made us feel like part of the family from the moment we met. We had a boot replaced and they couldn't get to us with all the rain delays. Given the weather, Monarch was able to come out the next day - Shane came himself to look at the leak from inside the house and attic as it was still not safe to go up on the roof in the weather. Then, 2 days later, they were able to get a crew out to inspect the roof and make the necessary repairs. Communication was a bit frustrating at times as the time table kept changing and we were running up against another round of multi-day rain chances, but it all got fixed in the end. We ended up replacing 9 rain collars and some roofing around my furnace vent, totaling $750. Seemed a bit steep, but when it comes to roof leaks and impending rain I didn't have much wiggle room to start over and get new quotes. I did appreciate that the crew doing the work took before and after pictures - that provided good peace of mind.
