The device lasted only a week, despite being advertised as 45,000 puffs. He didn't care at all. Instead, he insulted me and acted like I was trying to scam him. I'm 76 years old, a cancer survivor, and a retired businessman -- I wasn't trying to fool anyone. His attitude was offensive. He eventually replaced the vape, but I will never do business there again. If a store can't stand behind the products they sell, then there's no reason for me to shop there. To make matters worse, he took video of me even though I'm disabled and posed no threat whatsoever. Yes, I let him have it verbally, and I told him I would go to the chamber of commerce and file a complaint. If their product is defective, don't expect these people to do the right thing. I've never dealt with a store that refuses to stand behind what they sell in my entire life. I'm absolutely serious. If I dealt with the owner, today, that's not how you treat a customer and to work on his attitude and customer service.
