Cleanliness and customer service is severely lacking in this establishment, shameful for a medical facility.

Do not go to this walk-in. I went in so sick. I tested positive for Covid. The doctor said there's nothing she can do and sent me home with no medicine. I told her two years ago I had Covid really bad and I was in the hospital. I told her I needed.Paxlovid. She said she doesn't give out any meds. It's been 9 days and I'm still so sick. I can't even breathe. My boyfriend ended up getting Covid. He got really sick. He went to a different walk-in. They gave him the medicine and he was better in two days. Now I'm going to be sick for Christmas because this doctor would not give me any medicine at all. Horrible place horrible doctor Do not go. read more

Had a cut on my face that just wouldn't stop bleeding, preasure and ice weren't stopping it. Went there, of and of course between checking in and waiting to see the doctor it finally stopped. Was told that the area bleeds a lot since preasure doesn't really work. Was given some ointment and sent on my way. Probably spent 2 minutes with the nurse/assistant(?) and maybe 45 seconds with the actual doctor. Everybody was friendly and I was seen relatively quickly. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS TREATMENT CENTER! Starting with the receptionist, who was just miserable instead of understanding and compassionate for patients in pain. Got an X-ray for a shoulder injury from a fall but they couldn't read the results and said it looked like arthritis and would have to send it out to be evaluated. The doctor gave a copy of the X-ray and said they'd call with results in half an hour and to take Advil for pain. The splint they gave was put on incorrectly. Called an hour later and was told they still did not have results and to keep waiting. As I write this it has been 7 hours without a call. How can you be an urgent care and not have someone on staff that can read an X-ray? Finally went to a DIFFERENT facility. They read the X-ray then and there. Fractured in 2 places and needs surgery in the future! I can't imagine why this facility is still allowed to see patients. Shame on them to let an elderly patient sit in pain because of incompetence and complete lack of caring and follow through whatsoever. read more

I took my Aunt here because she said it was the closest to her house. Oh my word never again I will drive her wherever to never step foot in that place again. First the girl at the desk had a personality of a wet sock. I signed the check in clip board and we sat and waited for quite a while. As we were waiting I looked at the rug in the waiting room. It was filthy! We finally got called up and we got checked in and waited again. That's fine that's pretty much what you do everywhere. Then she got called in. We sat in the room and I was just looking around. The floor was filthy, the bed she was sitting on was not sanitary, if it wasn't for the fact she was sitting on paper I would have left. Then the girl came in to take her vitals. But they do it old school and write everything on paper. Then when she was leaving the room she said her caretaker would be in shortly. Caretaker??? No doctor? Nurse, nurse practitioner but a caretaker? I had to google it! " A person that makes you comfortable". While we were waiting for her to come in the room all I saw on the shelf was a few vomit buckets and opened bottle of peroxide. Then the caretaker came in. She introduced herself with her first name only. She was nice! I'm glad my cousin is a nurse so I already knew my Aunt just needed oral antibiotics and topical antibiotics. We got what we needed. Thank the good Lord and we left. I won't be going back there. Minor cuts but that's where I would end it with this place. read more

Went in for COVID antibody fusion. Greeted by a male whose name and credentials remain a mystery, as he never introduced himself. Maybe a nurse? Obviously not the janitor because the room was dirty. Possibly a zoo keeper, since he had the bedside manner of a lemur. Never asked for an ID or any verification of who I am or that I actually have COVID. Told me the infusion doesn't always work and that I can look forward to being sick all over again, once I get my booster.I questioned him about his lack of PPE, as he was wearing only a paper mask. He replied that we were both wearing masks and I wasn't "coughing and spewing." Actually, I was and I pointed that out. Five minutes into the infusion, the IV site swelled up like there was a golf ball in my arm. I called for help. He asked of it hurt (it did) and said he'd be back on five minutes. By the time he returned, I had cold sweats and was on the brink of passing out. He disconnected the IV, gave me an ice pack, and left me alone again for a half hour. Luckily, I had brought my own Saltines and ginger ale. Then he came back in and removed the IV from my arm, not even offering a bandaid or cotton ball. I asked about the swelling and if it meant the IV was bad and the fluid went into my tissue instead of my bloodstream. The infusion was supposed to take 20-30 minutes and he had stopped it after maybe ten. He said I had received 98% of it, but the bag was still pretty full. Another 40 minutes passed before the doctor finally arrived. At least she was properly protected. I expressed my concerns about not getting the infusion and she made some noise about extra fluids and suspension leaking. Never even looked at my arm, just told me to "move it around." Great show of medical expertise. She listened to my lungs and sent me on my way. The room I was sequestered into had a dirty floor with several pieces of IV kit strewn about the floor. To add insult to injury, it was painted a putrid shade of honey mustard yellow - as if I wasn't already nauseous enough. Nobody seemed interested in how -or if - I was able to drive myself home while in a weakened state. Never offered me a drink of water or even took my temp. Not sure I'd return here if my life depended on it. I know it's COVID and I'm contagious. I get it. But I'm still a human being - a very sick and somewhat frightened one. A little caring and dignity goes a long way. read more

I'm so conflicted because the doctor and nurses are great, BUT...the secretary would rather bring up an unpaid bill,(their fault because I have my new insurance info) from 2014 as my ear was perforated and I had blood coming out. I was absolutely disgusted. As I said, the doctors and nurses were great. The secretary needs to learn that when a person is sick, leave them be. read more

Great experience. Came in at 2pm for a sinus infection. No wait. They took me right back and doctor came right in. In and out in 30 minutes and everyone was so nice! I didn't have my insurance cards but I did have the numbers and they didn't give me a hard time like some offices would. Especially since this was my first time here. I will recommend this place to friends in the area. Best urgent care experience so far. read more

clean, efficient and friendly. been here many times but had to have blood taken today and totally almost passed out- major shout out to the nurse Molly who took really good care of me. it's the worst being sick but i always feel well looked out for by the almost completely (in my experience) kick ass female staff. it's a really safe environment for when you feel at your worst and i'm glad it's close by my house for emergencies. thanks to the staff here always. read more

This place was nice at first. The receptionist was super sweet and efficient. It was until the nurse took my friend in that we had an issue. I brought my friend in to get tested for Lyme Disease and she doesn't do well with needles. They refused to let me come in with her over COVID concerns. We are both vaccinated and properly masked and they rather let her have a full panic attack then let me just stand at the door for her to get the blood work done. They also gave her a ridiculous attitude when my friend asked her to hurry up as much as she could so she could get out of there and stop panicking. These nurses have no bedside manner. I get the whole COVID concern but is it really necessary to be so rude about the entire situation and actively make it worse? The nurse literally stormed out when my friend asked her politely to hurry as much as she could. Everyone here but the lovely receptionist lady had an attitude for no reason whatsoever. Wouldn't recommend it here especially if you get anxious when reviving medical treatment. read more

was turned away for care from here!! My daughter has been to this location before with covid like symptoms and has been seen and able to walk in and wait in waiting room and get tested no problem before. I walked in with her before stopping and reading all signs posted before we went in to make sure it was ok. On Monday 12/27 @ 1:30 we went in and the woman at desk shouted before I got there asking if we were there with covid like symproms. I said yes. Very rudely told us we "did not belong there and to leave to back in our car and call but goodluck with that Because phone is ringing off the hook" - those were here exact words! i told her she was being very rude and nothing was posted to not come in and that we had been in there before w covid like symptoms and she questioned me about this. I made sure I heard her right and asked her so your telling me I can't be in here , to leave and go back in my and call but goodluck with getting my call answered! And she said "yes". awful! I went to Coventry urgent care where they very nicely took us , we called from outside and they did covid tests outside before letting us in. We received all meds we needed. Very professional. I will never go to atmed again. We are told to not go to hospitals and use walk ins but then you get treated how this place does. ! read more

I have been coming here for illnesses for the past 10 years (or however long they've been open). It's really nice that you never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Came here yesterday for stomach pain issues and the nurse and dr were so attentive and kind. Even brought me a blanket when I was freezing with the chills. There's walk in clinics closer to me but I still only go to this one. read more

Awful. Went in with ear infection and Bells Paulsy they didn't give me a blood test for Lyme Disease, Check my ears or Anti-viral medication. This would be typical protocol apparently in 2019. My own doctor couldn't believe it. read more

Don't bother going to this place. They will screw up the billing and not charge your insurance company. You will be left holding the bill I just found out today, there was a balance on my account from three years ago. There billing person Sandy was useless and her manager would not get on the phone. The manager sounds like a real leader, leave your employee to talk with a unhappy customer. Leadership starts at the top, it's not surprising Sandy was useless. I brought my 18 year son for a reacurring strep throat at the East Greenwich office. We waited maybe 5 min. and she apologized! I was very pleased with the cleanliness the kindness of the staff and the diagnoses. The nurse was polite and the Dr. was very professional without being stuffy!
