Sunday morning, I arrived at 10:06 am with hopes to get a dress altered. The gate was still down when I arrived. I decided to wait a little bit in case the staff was running late or something. While I waited, I called the number listed on their storefront to verify if someone was on their way or if I was waiting for no reason. No one answered--the call just rang a handful of time and ended with a voicemail box message. I waited until 10:22 am when I decided to call it quits. Had I known they weren't open, I would've just waited until Monday to go to my local cleaners for the job instead of wasting a trip.

They don't have many seats near the machines, but a lot of folks stand near the machines anyway, so if you want to sit and read a book and don't wash your clothes during a busy time you can typically find a seat. Only downside- I've tried getting my dry cleaning done there in the past, and stuff wasn't really clean when I got it back. Solution? Go somewhere else for your dry cleaning needs, and problem solved!

There are tables and chairs so I can study aka bejeweled my way through my wash. The washers are also INDUSTRIAL. I can stuff them full and they are crystal clean coming out. 28 min for wash and a heavy load can usually dry I'm 40-45 min. The washers are $4.50, $6, and $8 as size. I believe it was 35 cents per 8 min of dry. Also go in the weekday and it will be empty, crowded on weekends *I originally gave this place 5 stars, but it says on their flier on yelp that it will be open until midnight every night, but I went at 9:30 pm the other night and it was closed. I walked in to a store still in the holiday spirit. The friendly worker here went over the rates for each type of clothing, and the different services they offer. I left my suit in their care, and they told me that it would be done two days later. Due to my schedule in school, I was not able to come back for a week. However, once I did pick up my suit, I noticed what an outstanding job they did making my suit look pristine. Now I'll be shining bright come the next practical exam or networking event. After I drop my items off, everything is folded perfectly and smelling like heaven within a few short business days. Mulan is also one of the cheaper laundry places I've found on the UES -- and they walk up to my fifth floor walk up. I've never been to the on-site laundry premises but the men who pick up and deliver the laundry are fine. Not super friendly but that's not a problem for me.
