While sitting at a red light, I noticed dog hair stuck all over the dashboard--clearly held on by some kind of shine product like Armor All, not removed properly. The front interior lights and sunroof controls were still visibly dirty and looked completely untouched. When I got home, my boyfriend pointed out that a panel on the back of the driver's seat was hanging off due to a missing clip--something that definitely wasn't like that when I dropped it off. The front seats may have had a shiny finish, but they were still dirty around the shoulders, and the back door cup holder had grime built up around the edges and bottom. Literally there are too many missed areas to mention. For a detail that took from 9 to 2, the result was underwhelming. It looks more like a basic vacuum and quick shine than a full $225 detail job. The time taken wouldn't have been an issue if the job had been done thoroughly, but unfortunately, it wasn't. For that price, I could've cleaned it myself on Colfax and gotten better results. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place based on my experience.

I set up an appointment through this app and checked in the night before to confirm my appointment. He estimated that the process would take 3-4 hours, and he actually spent 5 hours which I didn't expect but was pleased with due to the great results. Cody came to my house in the early morning on a hot summer day with all of his supplies, including towels, hose connector, wax machine, cleaning materials, and more, which was very convenient. He first washed my car in the driveway and let the foam sink in. He then had me move it into the garage where he could dry the car, wax and detail the interior. Cody was thorough in his work and clearly took pride in what he does, which he does well. I pointed out a few problem areas and he was able to address them accordingly. He went over what he did to ensure my car stay in pristine condition, including applying sealant, steam cleaning, and protective coating. I can already see a difference, especially the interior. Thank you to Cody for the excellent detailing job and time spent making my 5-year old car shine like it was new. I recommend his services to anyone looking to spruce up their car!

I text the detailer at 5pm on Thursday asking his eta because he never contacted me. He said his detail is over and he has to reschedule because the sun is setting. I needed my car detailer before Friday. If you can't get the job done for one reason or another - please give me an early heads up so I can book somebody else - not let me know at the time of appointment you can't come.

From the beginning these guys were friendly and communicated clearly as to the time table for repairs. A lot of cars in the area had been damaged and so they were busy. Also, after reviewing the initial insurance estimate they said they'd need to talk to my insurance to cover the cost of all necessary repairs. They got my car done in the timeframe they stated, and I always appreciate it when an auto shop does that since it's unfortunately not that common. When I picked up my car, there were a few small dents that were still kind of noticeable, although in fairness they were likely rock chips, not from hail. So they said to bring it back the next day and they'd do their best to improve them as much as possible. So I dropped it off and they just needed 30 minutes to make the rock chips almost unnoticeable. Hopefully I won't need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I'm coming here, no doubt.
