If I could leave 10 stars it still wouldn't be enough. Here's the deal... I had a pretty neglected Jeep that I wanted to trade in for a truck. When I brought it into Royal, I figured it would be cleaned and look good enough to get a fair trade in price. What I got back was, in all seriousness, a brand new Jeep!! The paint was incredible - almost buttery to the touch, interior was flawless - ALL dog hair GONE. It's actually hard to believe this all occurred in a few hours. When I went to trade it in, the dealer said "we've never seen a trade in look like that, are you sure it's not a new car?" I just laughed. They proceeded to give me MORE than what I asked for the value. When you take your ride to Royal Detail, you're getting highly attentive service, professional results and an extremely fair price. The level of service is unmatched in most of today's auto industry. Without exaggeration, Yisrael is closer to an artist than a detailer and the proof is in the results. My car, a Factory Five Cobra replica, was recently painted and just didn't have that pop that I had hoped for. Updating my review. You will find photos of my 911 so scroll through the pictures to see for yourself. I drove it through the recent rain and the car is clean. It sounds ridiculous but it's true. I haven't used his specialty products to do my periodic cleaning in over two months. He also detailed my 4runner in October which he has cared for since he first started the business. A few weeks ago I parted ways with that vehicle but my buyer was shocked at how a black car could still look like that after so many years. Up next my new Lexus GX460 will be getting the GTechnique treatment. WOW! what can I say about Yisrael, he's amazing at what he does. I've visited local car detail places which were a hassle to deal with; their short answers and high prices wasn't for me. Yisrael took the time to explain every detail that would be put into my car and kept the price low as possible. ..but what really made me appreciate this man is the professionalism in his people skills and has excellent communication skills. I wasn't always punctual with my timing, but Yisrael made me feel comfortable and welcomed regardless on what time I came in, he even dropped me home and when keys were forgotten to be picked up, he came back with the smile that never left his face. Being a female, I'm always hesitant to go to car places and have to deal with cocky self centered know-it-all men who talk up a storm but fall short in their vehicle work. You want someone who's obsessed with detailing and loves what he's doing to work on your car. Yisrael uses top-of-the-line products to produce crazy results. I brought my 2013 Tesla Model S in to get detailed and now it looks brand new. Not a spec of dirt on the interior and the exterior is super smooth. It was a little more pricey than the competition, but all the cheaper options had bad reviews on Yelp. I figured I'd spend the extra money and be confident it would be perfect and Royal Detail did not let me down. If you have a nice car, spend the extra money and go with these guys. Money well spent. The process that Royal Detail uses is by far the best one I've seen. I have used many mobile detailers and none used the steam system like Royal uses. The owner did a fantastic job getting remnants of previous wax jobs I had done out of every small. I never knew there was such a wide range of Detailers. I just found the best. You need to read this review: if you have a car that you want to look amazing, this is the place. I took my truck there because it had spots that just couldn't seem to get clean. So I figured I would detail and give it one shot. Thank god I did. I have no idea how they did what they did, but the must have used Q-tips r toothpicks to get these area because the car looked new. To be honest, the only thing that suck about this place is you don't want to drive you care when they are done in fear of screwing up the awesome job they did. They were very clear on what they were going to do, the price was very fair for what they performed and it was even done a little ahead of schedule. If you go anywhere else you are a fool. I have cruised Yelp for a few years to get opinions on places but this is the first business I felt compelled to sign up for Yelp to provide my own review. I brought in my black, late model car for an exterior "freshen up". It had collected water spots and soap scum over the years and wasn't looking as nice as it had in the past. I have been hesitant to take my car in for any detail work because I have seen a lot of bad buffer jobs on dark cars. After explaining my concerns to Yisrael, he explained the products and process he uses and gave me some options that would fit my budget. After selecting an option and leaving my car at the shop, Yisrael kept me informed on the progress of the job and even provided some pictures on the progress. When I picked up the car I was truly amazed at Yisrael's work. My car looks as good if not better than it did when I first drove it off the lot(with the exception of any nicks collected over 30K miles of driving). I took a 16 year old Tahoe with a dirty carpet to Royal for a cleaning, I had a limited budget and low expectations based on my budget, the owner Yisrael explained to me what he could do based on my budget, came back to get the truck and was amazed at what he had done, made a very nasty stained carpet ( previous owner ) look great, no more odor,stains barely noticeable, I know my budget restricted what Yisrael could and wanted to do but very happy with what he was able to do, I will defiantly tell everyone I know to go to Royal for all their future detailing needs. read more
