Brian Jammel saw me and was very empathetic and caring. He recommended a medication and said this would immediately help with the symptoms and make me feel better. He offered a prescription card through Pfizer and said there were times insurance didn't cover the medication and to use this card if I needed it. I really appreciated this because I would not of had the funds to pay out-of-pocket for that medication. As it turned out I needed the card as my insurance did not cover it. So thank you so much for that. Brian was very caring and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left and took very good care of me.  I highly recommend this  urgent care.

First visit went pretty well: Doctor Bailey was pleasant enough, attentive, and seems a decent sort. If everything goes well with my blood work I'll be back in six months. That isn't likely to happen after a year of not working in or out... Surprise! Four days after the Huntersville City Barbeque hurricane party -n- Yelp event my labs came back a little off: SatFat and cholesterol were about 1000cc/liter plus smokey goodness. After some whining and explaining Dr B agreed to a mulligan so I got do-over appointment for the day after the Amelie's + PIC Made in Charlotte event!? Have to start doing manual yard work and eating less badly, less often, and just plain less... Labs came back "normal" somehow. Yea!

Not on the phone when I made the appointment nor in the paperwork they provided when I arrived!! We were taken to an exam room, where the nurse asked if we were current on all vaccines and I said she wasn't. The nurse said the provider would not see us if she wasn't fully vaccinated. Then, she left and the front office came in to the exam room and asked us to leave. They escorted my 14 year old daughter out of the exam area!! No questions on why my daughter wasn't fully vaccinated nor care. If you want to have the opportunity to make these decisions for yourself, and don't want to have your child escorted out of the exam area for not being fully vaccinated to their liking - find another provider.

They even have little touches like electric outlet, covers to protect any little ones who may be there. Looking out for the kids. I love that! Some of the offices have water coolers. It is basic hospitality to offer a cold drink of water on a hot day. Today was one of those dog days of summer when a drink of water would have been nice. Every thing else is copacetic so being thirsty is a small price to pay.

Not only did they get us one immediately, but we were seen and x-rayed within 20 minutes of arrival. From the front desk to the techs and PAs, everyone was kind and so helpful. The subsequent appointments were just as great and I would recommend this office to anyone with an acute (24-48 hr) injury to try and walk in. The care is thoughtful and it's a convenient location to get in and out easily (no parking decks or confusing office parks).

He suffered so bad from being gassy he screamed until an eye blood vessel popped. As my husband and I trying to do the tummy rubs and kicks to help my sweet boy because the doctors never helped. three times I asked about acid reflux until they finally said oh yeah he has acid reflex. Yeah I know I told you that 2 visits ago and I didn't go to medical school. He had a tongue and lip tie appointment that day which found out 4 months later he had a class 4 tongue tie and class 5 upper lip tie...that they and other doctors through novant, insisted he didn't have instead of placing him on a referral to someone who actually knows what they're talking about and specializes in it. Freaked me out told me I need to go to the hospital right away do not go to the tongue and lip tie appointment that was scheduled that day. (which I couldn't get again until he was eight months old so he suffered from three months to eight months years old with gas and whatever digestive systems problems til he grew out of it I guess...I still don't really know) I had gassy on multiple medical records. I had pooping green when he should've been pooping yellow because I was breast-feeding on record.. which means he wasn't absorbing nutrients correctly etc.) Anyways, I'm thinking my baby's dying just to send me to the hospital that concluded nothing and missed a blood test according to my new doctor...put me under investigation from three months until a month before his first birthday, I had to deal with Cps my husband had to take off work multiple times. And Now I have PTSD when it comes to taking my son to the doctor to get medical help when it comes to falling getting bumps and bruises etc because of these so-called professionals. I found a good doctor out in Cleveland. It's not part of this big branch. If you have real problems with your child run from this place as fast as you can. Coming from someone who served as a military police officer in the United States Army you do not want to trust these people with your child's livelihood or your mental health for that matter. Find a small town doctor that's not caught up in the political crap.

Dr Gross is now retiring and they have really dropped the ball on on his patients. I've went almost 4 months without medication because I was 12 minutes late for one appointment. I also called and said I was running behind.. wasn't one person in the waiting room. Maybe stop taking so many new patients and do right by the ones who have stuck by with you! I will try one more time before I go elsewhere! Not to mention I didn't even get to say goodbye to my doctor of 30+ years....
