She responded to my initial request very quickly and made coordinating a ride beyond easy. She is SO responsive and reliable. We landed, I texted her to let her know, and she was waiting for us at the pick up location right outside of baggage claim. We then went to an Iowa football game and I was dreading finding an uber home, but I texted Abbie during the game and thankfully she was available! She responded quickly and gave me very clear pickup location instructions for our group could meet her. She got us out of Kinnick stadium traffic and home in no time. Thank you so so much Abbie! I'm told after almost 3 weeks of regular transport to dialysis that I may have to wait up to 2…read morehours to be picked up from dialysis. Driver states this is within their parameters for Medicaid. This was never communicated to me in the beginning. I suspect they over booked and decided to let me wait. I'm not that important cause these rides are free for me. Well I've only been on Medicaid for a few months due to starting dialysis and suffering a below the knee amputation. Such disrespect. This attitude like he's doing me a favor is unacceptable. I would not recommend this "service". Horrible treatment of this customer. And to top it off, he told me he didn't care if I found other transportation and was abandoning me at dialysis today and I'd have to find my own ride back home.

While in the lobby the driver came and yelled at her. The staff took her back and arranged a ride for her because they felt she wasn't safe to travel with him. Today they didn't show up again. Mom called her insurance and they said that the transportation company called her but they did not. Do not use this company. They are unmoral, unsafe, and not professional.
