I was able to connect anyone. Later they rescheduled and the Man who sprayed the outside of the house was very kind and even waved at the kids. So I thought ok everyone makes mistakes. Then when it came time for our next spray no one was getting in touch with us. I contacted them through text and no one replied then they sent a text saying that they would come for the quarterly spay past the due date for them to spray. They gave us the date but no time and no call before hand. When we called to ask about when they were coming they told us the person already was by but couldn't do it because the dog was out at 10am. No one contacted me or my husband at all and the neighbors doorbell camera doesn't show anyone arriving at that time. I just don't find any of the services we have experienced as professional. I have never actually had a company upset me so much just over professional quality. We still have to deal with them for the rest of the year contract. Hopefully they turn down better so I can delete this review. But I doubt it. I %100 am done with this company and would cancel except they chard you to get out of there contact. A contractor they can't even keep.

We were told mud wasps could be brushed out, but the service report listed those areas as merely "inspected " not treated or eradicated as we had been told. There was also a significant amount of webbing left behind, especially at the back of the house to the point we weren't even sure the technician had been there. The only real evidence he visited was that he left our back gate wide open, we caught it before letting her dog out, but that could've been a problem. After weighing our options, we decided the $225 early cancellation fee was worth it to move on. I will include pictures taken after the service.

Termites had completely eaten up this floor. There were termite trails(dirt tunnels) all over the wood to the ground. The Hopper rep. who came out, said "Looks like you have an ant problem." I'm 62 years old and I know ants from termites. He would not say "termites." Hopper would not cover the damage, so I had to pay out of pocket. What good is a warranty? They claim on the contract that they will repair/replace any damage found do to a new termite infestation. Also, each year I pay my renewal in June. Sometimes it is 6 months before they reinspect.
