I don't know about quality of work. I am writing because I don't appreciate their sales tactics. Nice young men sent door-to-door apparently trained to "not take no for an answer" disregard "no soliciting" signs arguing that they are not "selling" they just want to "save me money." When I said "no" they continued their pitch more aggressively. Friends, young men who disregard "no" on the job may carry that disregard into relationships. Palisade, teach your employees to honor "no soliciting" and not to hear "no thank you" as a challenge. read more

Did not appreciate door-to-door sales tactics. If I need a service, I will seek it out for myself and get more than one quote. Also, most people are pretty savvy these days and know not to sign-off on an unsolicited contract. (Very shady.) But salesperson was young, congenial and I thought 'hey, at least he is working hard', and I said "please give me a quote." Then he followed up with several reasons why he can't give a quote and it was high pressure from there. Obviously he was trained to do this by his company. Salesman came back twice and I was not home but I saw him on camera. Please stop this nonsense!! If you wanted follow up then provide the quote I kindly asked for or at the very least a business card. I asked for that, too, but he would not provide even a business card. Ridiculous. The days of door-to-door sales are over!! I would not sign on with you even if you are the best pest control business in town after this experience! I hope whoever owns this company reads this and takes a different sales approach moving forward. I'm not elderly but I get the feeling this demographic is who they are preying on. read more

Door door sales person came on a scooter. contract was on the phone with such small font that you couldn't read gave me one price that was supposedly the first time and then quarterly which then turned out to be monthly, which was outrageous. Don't think I'd use them based on the price not sure how good a job they do? read more

there isn't any thing lower than a one star review or I would have chosen it. technician and sales person were well mannered but it doesn't stop there. I was told if the service didn't work for me I could cancel at anytime. service didn't work for Me asked for service to be terminated still receiving bills house is overwhelmed with ants and spiders and now it's warming up wasps called customer service and very rude woman told me I should have read the agreement carefully and would be turned over to collections or That I could pay the bill they keep adding to plus a $225 cancellation fee luckily My security system caught the whole sales pitch I'm headed to small claims court. The sails person was very kind but didn't explain the billing process clearly. The first scheduled spraying the person did not show up even when he called says he was 30 minutes out. I was able to connect anyone. Later they rescheduled and the Man who sprayed the outside of the house was very kind and even waved at the kids. So I thought ok everyone makes mistakes. Then when it came time for our next spray no one was getting in touch with us. I contacted them through text and no one replied then they sent a text saying that they would come for the quarterly spay past the due date for them to spray. They gave us the date but no time and no call before hand. When we called to ask about when they were coming they told us the person already was by but couldn't do it because the dog was out at 10am. No one contacted me or my husband at all and the neighbors doorbell camera doesn't show anyone arriving at that time. I just don't find any of the services we have experienced as professional. I have never actually had a company upset me so much just over professional quality. We still have to deal with them for the rest of the year contract. Hopefully they turn down better so I can delete this review. But I doubt it. I %100 am done with this company and would cancel except they chard you to get out of there contact. Had a salesman come to my door a few months back. I told him about the bugs that were in my yard and he said that they could help with that, I told him that I was renting the house and that I'd be moving soon and he said that he would be able to give a renters discount and that it would only be around $30. He never said monthly, he never even showed me a contract. all he had me do was tell him my card information and sign on a line, I didn't even get to read anything because he "summed it up for me" After they came and sprayed the yard down they said they would have to come back and spray it again before we saw any results. Then every month they started charging my card even when they weren't coming out to do anything about the amount of bugs. I moved out of that house and took my card off file because I was done paying for a service that was basically scamming me. now they're calling me telling me they're gonna send the unpaid balance to collections and even though I moved they cant do anything about that. Even if I cancelled the service they would charge me a $90 fee for cancelling and still make me pay for the months that i didn't even live there. read more
