He's knowledgeable, patient, and extremely consultative. He explained everything to my parents and sister without drowning them in technical jargon and made sure they actually understood how everything worked. The best example: we live about 16 miles from the closest Best Buy. During the installation, Abisal realized we needed a better Wi-Fi router to get everything working properly and avoid latency on one of the cameras. A lot of people would have shrugged, gotten the cameras mostly working, and called it a day. Not Abisal. This bloke drove 16 miles to Best Buy, got the router, came back, and finished the job properly. He absolutely clutched up.
