He was so friendly and energetic which my mom and I fed off of. When you make an appointment, they send you an email survey to understand what you're looking for. It was super quick and easy to do. Once you show up, the consultant asks a few more questions and then you start picking out dresses to try on! Not only was my experience amazingly easy and more importantly fun, but I walked out of there with the PERFECT dress that didn't break the bank!
