Lesley is incredibly personable - taking the time to talk to you about what you want, look at your Pinterest ideas and help you try on dresses. She has a way of asking leading questions to help you decide if you like the dress, rather than telling you what you want to hear. The inventory is gorgeous. Planning a beach wedding in the Caribbean, they have more options in styles and materials than other stores. The dresses are well cared for, making it easy to imagine as your dress. She were patient when I asked to try on a dress a second time, giving me all the time I need to make a decision. I did fall in love with and purchase my dress here. They were very forthright with the timeline and pricing, and incredibly helpful in providing a list of seamstresses for alterations. I cannot say enough good things about Hanna, and B.Loved Bridal!!!! I was super nervous about going wedding dress shopping and Hanna immediately made me feel so comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed. She immediately became a friend and was genuinely so excited watching me try on dresses. I had appointments at 4 different dress shops and I was ended up going with the first dress that I tried on at B.Loved bridal! I was convinced I didn't want to wear a veil until Hanna suggested I tried one on and I immediately fell in love with it. Her expertise is unparalleled and I was super impressed with the cost of the veil! The studio is gorgeous and they book you to where you and whoever you bring with you are the only people in the studio so it's super fun and personal. Lauren at B. Loved made my wedding dress shopping experience so perfect! I didn't enjoy dress shopping until I came here. Lauren guided me well yet wasn't pushy and gave us plenty of space to try on and talk through as many dresses as we wished. The boutique itself is also GORGEOUS, clean, and in a great location. Wow. What an awful experience. I just went here with my best friend. We walked in and the energy was stale. I had received a phone call earlier in the day from Lesley asking me if I could push my appointment up to 2pm since something opened up. I found that odd and I know enough of working retail to understand they probably wanted to get out of there as It was the last appointment of the day. Anyway, this put a sour taste in my mouth, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. We go in and Lesley sits down with us. I can tell she wasn't genuinely excited to be there and she asked me questions about my wedding, etc. she was not enthused. Another blonde was standing to the side... not saying a damn thing. I had to introduce myself to her. They asked me a few things about my style and went to pull dresses. I could tell their selection was not that great, a lot of the same style for a certain type of bride- which is fine, but they lacked a variety. My best friend and I go sit down and then they pull me back to try dresses on. The dresses they pulled were not me. I was open to It, but they were not excited. Lesley also commented that I could take my bra off and that she was "basically like the doctor, and they see it all day long," needless to say I didn't want to. I'm not uncomfortable but they were making me feel so. I felt unwelcome and like a burden. The blonde continued to not talk. There was no music, no water offered, and the store was cold. One of the dresses my best friend picked out, Lesely replied "I prefer for you to try on dresses that are contenders as opposed to being fun," I couldn't believe it. My best friend knows me and I just told her we were new to this, so I needed to explore. Who's wedding is It? Mine or yours? I am just so appalled. Also, the blonde girl (I think her name was Claire) asked me what my colors were and I told her magenta/ fuschia and how I don't like pastels because a lot of people don't look good in them- she said nothing. Literally not a damn word. No one smiled or complimented me on any dress the whole time! Wow. Just wow. How is this place still open? This experience was flat as hell. Literally awful. No one cared. They didn't wanna be there. I found one dress that I really liked, but It didn't become the one- maybe It was the experience. Overall It was awful. I highly would recommend taking your money and excitement and going somewhere else. I get you may have had a long day and don't want to be there for the last appointment, but get over it- you are in a fun business. Enjoy It and make your customers feel special. Meanwhile we went down the street to Due Amici and our bartender Rory was awesome and more excited for us than they were. read more

I went to five bridal shops and this was by far my most uncomfortable/worst appointment. We walked in and no one greeted us. It was a very cold, shut off atmosphere. When I was trying on the dresses there was no true dialogue about the dress or really anything, I had to ask the questions. When I went out to show my mom, th consultant was not helpful in me walking around or fluffing my dress so my mom had to do so. The consultant just really didn't seem like she wanted to help me or wanted to be there. Her hands were in her pockets and we got out of there as soon as possible. I would never recommend B. The day a bride chooses her dress is a big day meant to be filled with joy and smiles. Our experience was the polar opposite. The woman who helped us was so condescending the entire time, made our bride feel less than special, and not helpful at all. I loved my experience at B.Loved bridal! Their boutique is beautiful and relaxing, you get personal one-on-one attention, and the dresses are lovely!! Because it's a boutique and appointment only, each of the three times I went I was the only bride there, which made the experience less crazed than bigger stores where there are like 10 other brides navigating around each other at the same time. Lesley was great, very helpful, patient, and personable! I went to probably six stores in the Columbus area, and not only was B.Loved the best shopping experience HANDS DOWN, I found my wedding dress there! I can't even begin to describe how wonderful my experience at B.Loved Bridal was. It was my first time trying on dresses and they set the bar too high for anyone else to even compare. To start, when you are there for your appointment, they lock the doors so that you have their undivided attention for the entirety of your time there. I felt like my vision was truly listened to & every time I took off a dress, I was asked what I did & didn't like about it. I ultimately ended up choosing a dress that was picked FOR me that I originally didn't even like on the hanger. She just listened to what I wanted well enough to know that I would like it if I gave it a chance. The kicker is - the dress she picked for me was about $2,500 under budget! I was so impressed that she was willing to show me something that was significantly cheaper than what I was intending to spend because she knew it was perfect for me. We were impressed enough that my sister is traveling up from Cincinnati to get her accessories from B.Loved instead of from the shop where she bought her dress earlier this year. Unique, quality dresses. I drove 3 hours each direction to see dresses from a specific designer, and was not disappointed. The dresses here are gorgeous; you can both see and feel they only bring in quality gowns. There is less selection than other "box store" bridal salons, but what is here is far superior. There is a price range to accomodate many budgets, and styles to accomodate many tastes! One of my bridesmaids and I were walking by and decided to stop in, even though from the outside looking in I didn't feel I could afford anything inside. We begin to look through the dresses and what an amazing AND affordable selection!! Then Leslie pulled a bunch of dresses she thought would look good on me and sure enough- I found my dream dress. Although somewhat over my budget- the experience I had with her and her store makes me willing to spend the money as well as never look at another generic bridal store again.
