(On a Sunday evening mind you) He was very friendly and gave me options. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in the next morning, to drop it off and get my ride cleaned and deodorized. Upon arrival, Nathan met us and was super friendly!! He explained the procedures, gave us options and even showed us how splatter travels with his black light! Wow!! We thought we had cleaned it all up, but boy were we wrong. After choosing the package we needed, Nathan kept us informed of his progress throughout the whole process. When we came and picked up our car, we were thoroughly impressed at the meticulous job he did! Every nook and cranny was cleaned, disinfected and deodorized! He removed the seats to clean the inside of the tracks in the floorboard! It even had that new car smell again! Was extremely welcoming when I arrived and got me a courtesy ride back to my home which was a major convenience: this was due to how close I live to the facility. Took my truck and sedan in on separate days, each taking about 4-hours to detail. I didn't get my carpets shampooed and opted for the basic exterior wash. Both vehicles were completed in the estimated time and seeing them detailed was awesome. My truck interior literally looked better than the day I bought it new. My sedan is a bit older and still looked awesome...for not being thoroughly cleaned in almost 5-years, I doubt a better result could've been produced. Unfortunately, I didn't get before or after pictures but the difference is very noticeable. Definitely would recommend The Detail Code.

But as I started opening things up I was shocked. He missed a lot of stuff. He never opened up the hood or the hatchback. Places were not vacuumed, some spots not wiped down, windows needed wiped off. Also he did not show up at the appointed time. I don't like to hover, I let a person do their job. I should have looked more closely before he left! I let him know I was not pleased and he did offer to come back and fix things and even offered to do another vehicle for free.
