When we heard about the service, my husband called several times and no one called back?? They just corresponded via text and email, no personal interaction until we got to the shop. We even brought it up to our car dealer and he said that if we didn't hear back after a certain amount of time that he would try to reach out to them. Finally, they corresponded with a price via email and time available via text. I finally brought it in as I was on vacation for a few weeks. When we got to the shop, no one greeted my husband according to him as I was still outside. No salutations. He proceeded to tell them his name and what car we were dropping off. The rep was with another employee on the computer in the front desk. When they finally got to us, they took our info and the rep explained the process, other services they provide if we wanted in the future, e.g., Ceramic Coating and Window Tints, how long the job would take, how to take care of it and how long it would have to fully cure and to not allow water to sit on the top for now as it is a porous product. They also offer an Uber if you needed a ride home. After the paperwork was completed, I asked if we could look at the shop in the back so there's a waiting area with windows to view the process and application. Pretty cool and I noticed lots of high-end vehicles being serviced. You could really see the attention to detail when positioning the film on even the front Grill area of an SUV. It was going to take about 1-1/2 days to complete. We heard back in the late afternoon the next day so we told them we'd pick it up the next morning. When I picked up my car, there was a female rep helping me out behind the counter and I think she was being cross-trained but was very thorough. She also gave me a free Detail Spray with Microfiber Cloth kit. After explaining the warranty & paying, the original rep walked out with us to see the car. We looked at the seams, detail, checked under the hood, looked if there were any bubbles or imperfections. He said if there were any imperfections or bubbles that we notice, that we could just call and notify them. We wouldn't have to make an appointment. He reiterated how to take care of the car with the film coating & explained that brushless car washes are recommended because the brushes on regular car washes can damage the coating as well as your paint. Plus the brushes pick up other dirt from other grimy vehicles like trucks and can transfer them to your car. Good to know. He mentioned the other services again and mentioned that the Window Tints & how it minimizes heat esp. in the hot Texas summers. We were impressed at the work and in the coming days/weeks/months will monitor how it wears and if we see any imperfections.

Went to get a ceramic coating done on my 2025 honda civic. when they told me my car was ready, Matthew (1st pic) went over the vehicle as if it was good, however while doing the walk through i had to point out that there was a burnt spot exposing the primer (2nd pic) which is visible to anyone and they tried to play it off thinking i wouldn't notice. They told me it was due to buffing it too long and that they would have it fixed with a mobile painter they used for instances as this. Before, going that route i asked for the owners phone number as I was obviously very upset seeing my car that way and GP (3rd pic) gave me the owner's number, Justin Gutierrez (4th pic). I sent a text to Justin explain the situation and his first and only response was "First off, who gave you my phone number"? He ended up calling me and was very disrespectful and unprofessional. He stated he didn't understand what I wanted him to do. And also stated, this wasn't HEB or a Walmart to be calling him. And he was more worried about who gave me his number. He also made a remark asking if i was a female or a male, which is irrelevant. I tried to explain my situation and he didn't want to hear anything and hung up on me. At this time I had no other choice but to agree once again to have my car fixed by their mobile painter. They called me to pickup my car that it was ready, and to my surprise there was another issue. My vehicle now had what they called fish eyes (5th pic). The painter stated the reason why there was fish eyes is due to the chemicals that were around at the car wash that were having an effect to the clear coating. So if he knew that was going to happen, why would he do it at that facility? Knowing it would be done in an outdoor environment. This time around, he offered to go to me to fix the fisheye issue. this time he went to my place of employment in which I provided a space with a garage area where it would be enclosed. And yet, again, even like that, he still happened to ruin the paint job.He had left his fingerprint on the wet paint and debris stuck it clear coat(6th pic). At this point of course, I'm very upset. so many issues after issues. so I reach out to the hand wash for an alternative. Such as a reputable dealership collision paint shop. They suggest I get a quote from the dealership. I presented them with the quote i was given. The dealership also mentioned that there was an air pocket and with time it would break and my paint would start chipping. Matthew, at The Hand Wash stated that it's too much money. And advised me at that time that I am too fixated on all the minor imperfections. However i did not bring my car in like this and I expected for it to be given to me as I handed it to them. He then, stated, he would talk to the owners to see what solution. They could give me, then, never called me back. When I tried calling them back the following day, the gentleman (Mathew) started yelling over the phone when I brought up that I was going to call the cops on them and he ended up hanging up on me, I kept calling, and no one would answer. So i ended up showing up to the establishment in which they had barricades throughout the whole entrance so that I wouldn't go into the driveway to avoid other customers from hearing my complaints. GP was at the entrance and started kicking me out of the property and even brought a loud speaker so that no one could hear what I had to say. GP was also laughing acting very immature telling me I wasnt going to get anything out of this other than me being trespassed from their establishment. GP had also bribed me after leaving a bad review on Facebook and told me he would upgrade me to a 5 yr ceramic coating if I took down the bad review. Make sure and check out their BBB reviews.
