There was nothing to sign no commitments beyond the 3 months. I asked the employee not to keep my card on file and he agreed. To my surprise after 3 months they started billing my card $40 monthly. I called and explained I had not agreed to any follow on plan and asked them to stop billing me. They refused and still try to bill my account daily. This is brazen dishonesty and cannot be legal. I tried to address the issue with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) only to find pumphouse is not a member. I will never use this business again.
