Fantastic detailing! Great experience! Worth every penny! My vehicle has never looked so good!

We went to La Z Boy to replace our older livingroom furniture. We bought couch,chair a, 3 tables, 3lamps, 2 large rugs, and some ugly painting artwork. Within weeks the couch started to show seam and leaather dye wear. Then one of the large rugs tarted to come apart. Service replaced the inferior leather and the rug. In the end we spent thousands for what we thought was quality, waited months to get it. We have since old it all on craigslist for pennies. Never again. You won't get what you pay dearly for. read more

I had a 26' C-class RV with some heavy scratches on both sides, I went down a dirt road I probably wouldn't have. Dennis and Jessica's team got the entire unit (not just the sides) looking like new again. I know they had to work very hard to get these results, and didn't charge me an astronomical fee. I don't like posting negative reviews for businesses. But this one I have to. Please beware of Attention 2 Detail car detailing. They are next to the old Robert's gas station. I called to inquire about having my cargo van detailed. I was told by the owner to drop it off and that I would get a phone call with an estimate. I dropped it off at around 7:30 am I received a call at 11:45 saying my van was done. The bill was 514.00. All they cleaned was the inside of the cab. They didn't even clean the windows. I never received a call with an estimate as told by Jessica, one of the owners. These guys are crooks. That is an absolutely ridiculous amount for just the cab of my van. read more

I was excited to get our Lincoln Nautilus detailed for the 1st time. Attention 2 Detail is close to our home so I went by for a quote. It seemed a little high but we decided to do it. The quote was for a few months ago so I called Dennis the Owner to make sure it was OK. He said as long as the conditions of the car had not changed it was good. I took it in this morning for our scheduled appointment and Dennis was not there. His wife was, who knew we were coming but did not know any of the details of the car. She said I was supposed to bring the quote as they did not keep records of their quotes beyond 30 days. I told her that I did not know that, but my wife was coming to pick me up in a few minutes and I confirmed we had the quote and she could bring it. This was a problem. She tried to put together the info without having any background and was frustrated, which in turn frustrated me. She could have stayed cool and waited 5 minutes for my wife, but that was too much. I was very surprised to be treated this way as a customer. As others have posted, they may do a great job of detailing cars, but their customer service and office procedures need improvement. There are other shops that expect will treat customers better and probably do just as good a job. I will never be back. read more

This is the only place I trust with my cars. No one touches my MINI Cooper except me or Attention 2 Detail. Denis and Jessica always take care of what is needed and do a fantastic job. I would never trust that car with anyone else. I have had my Honda CRV detailed there, too. It is my dogs' car, so I am not as fussy, actually allowing the dealership to wash it when I get service, but if I want 10-star work on it or need something special then I make an appointment with Attention 2 Detail. I needed to take my car in for a detailing and was reminded that when these people detailed my Tesla the last time they quoted us $300 but when arrived to pick up our car they said it was $640 because &300 was for the inside not the out and the extra 40 was for dog hair removal. Be careful if you use this service. They bait and switch. read more

The actual services are great and their work quality as well. The customer service aspect and pricing is however a disappointment. Verbally quoting us one thing ($75-100) and then it being double that ($199) is just bad business practice, especially when the owner saw the car in person while quoting the cheaper price. Jessica, whom I assume is the owner's wife is pretty confrontational and argumentative. Very off-putting to deal with to say the least. I really wanted to like this place but I can't and won't support a business where I get borderline yelled at, treated like I'm the wrong one for not knowing that truck beds aren't cleaned or even sprayed out, and a $400 detail of scratch removal does not come with an interior service, not even a light vacuuming. Stupid me for not being told that and just assuming I should know car detailing standard practices The other crappy part is no credit card unless you pay the 3% fee. So only cash, check or Zelle. Needless to say after spending $600 on 2 vehicles, I'll be going back to Immaculate Detail in Prescott where I'm never talked down to, and made to feel like I'm stupid and wrong. read more

This is THE company to wash and detail your RV. Our trailer had not been washed for a year and had been all over CA and AZ. Dennis at Attention 2 Detail took the extra time to get pine needles out from our slides, sap off of the roof and seriously attended to every detail of the trailer. Denis is an upstanding guy, which mirrored his/his teams work. The detailing done on my ~15 year old car made it look as new as it can be for an older car. The interior especially looks amazing, as the outside of my car is fairly beat up, however the cleaning on the outside still looked great. He gave me a quote after seeing the car, and I also had some adhesive on the sides of the car that he was able to remove, which I was very happy about. Money well spent. read more

went to A2D a few times and they always did good work. A bit pricey but but the car looked great. When I first called I was told the cost for a wash was 40 to 50 dollars. When the car was done Dennis charged me 50 dollars (just dusty) and I assumed that I was paying the "Mercedes tax" Went back again a few days ago with a dirty car and they charged me 75 dollars. When I balked the woman told me that it had been a while since I'd been there and the car was dirty so that's the reason for the increase. I don't know what not being there for a while has to do with it and a car wash is a car wash regardless woh dirty it is. I called the guy that recommended A2D and they pulled the same trick on him. We used A2D for more than two years and have always been happy. I called and made an appointment for our 45 ft Marquis last week. A new team showed up. JOSH was the man and immediately had an attitude. He tried to "Up Charge" me a few Hundred Dollars by saying the Coach was heavily Oxidized. I explained it was just very dirty from the weather we drove through in Colorado. He argued again and I suggested he take a wet rag with just water and see for himself. He snapped back "I don't work for free"!! I went to get a ladder to show him myself and Josh and his lady friend were driving away. I wiped a couple of dirt spots and like I said it was dirt. I called the owner Dennis and told what had happened and sent him pictures. He said he'd come by to see it. HE NEVER DID! Went with 321 Detail and they did a great job. All i can say is if you use A2D specifically tell them NOT TO SEND JOSH!!! read more

I meant to write this review long ago, so sorry to Dennis & the crew that detailed my wife's JCW Mini Cooper at the Southwest Minifest 2016. I think that saying I would be willing to drive from our house in Phoenix to Prescott just to have them detail our cars should speak for itself. Attention 2 Detail did an amazing job on the car. The exterior, interior, and engine bay were spotless. They were even able to get out some seat stains that I thought were permanent. I cannot recommend them enough and I highly suggest you give them a try. read more

I don't know where to start.The entire staff is the best. I had Dennis wash both my vehicles as we were having out of town guests. As it so often happens, it rained the next day. Dennis called and said he would be over that afternoon and rewash them. I really did not want to pay to have them done over but I was ready to. Dennis said that there would be NO CHARGE!! Imagine my surprise as the rain was not his fault. If for some strange reason you are not happy with the job they have done "I WILL" refund your money. They know who I am. read more
