Rates continue up ($28 regular cab pickup); asked why tires were not cleaned....that' is an additional $5. Inside of back window not cleaned at all, and wheels not cleaned also. On May 15, 2021, we took our Chevy Trail Blazer to be cleaned and the engine compartment washed. The cost was $50.00. The floor mats were not cleaned, the dash and other interior places were not cleaned. He did not vacuum the inside of the car at all ! ! ! The windows were not washed completely. This place is outstanding: they're detail-oriented even when they aren't detailing your car. Don't be put off by a long line- it moves quickly & it's worth the wait. The line tells you others know about this place. And, please, when those hard workers are done, show your appreciation with a decent tip. I watched a new model Mercedes' interior being worked over for 15 minutes by one employee; he was handed a $2 tip by the car's owner. That's not even 15%, Mr. Moneybags. I've been going here since I moved here about 4 years ago. They never disappoint. If I ever want them to fix something they do without hesitation. I love that it is not a drive through and they actually wash it themselves. I usually drop It off and go get my nails done across the street and they never complain. Or you can get great Mexican while your wait next door. Yes most days starting in the afternoon you will have to wait about an hour. But remember they are hand washing your car!! How fast could you do that and do a great job?! So keep in mind the earlier you go the better! I will always continue to go here. Supposed to open at 0830. I got there at 0850. Lot of guys sitting around on their phones, or just watching. I greeted the first employee, he says he is not ready. I move to where he indicated and wait while others continue to ignore me. They were not ready to open on time. There is never anyone around to do something as simple as take a payment for services. Today when I complained that I had already been there an hour and didn't want to wait for them to round up the manager - the manager showed up and informed me he was going to charge me $3 extra for the complaint. i have really no idea how this place have so much positive reviews. This is the worst place ever. I tooked my SUV to wash and asked the prices, starting the guy was rude and told me $24 dollars for the full wash. I decide to wash it and when I got my car, the interior was all dirty, I asked the person, are you done? he said "yes move the car" I told him what about the interiors I paid full service? he said "go and talk to manager" I went and the manger said that I needed to pay and extra dollar for each carpet and extra for the vacum, really? I took my car in for a wash and wax. $30, good deal. I don't know what kind of wax they use or maybe the guy didn't know how to put it on but when I got home my car looked horrible. I understand when you drive down a dirt road you will get dust on the car, that's why it needed to be washed. What I didn't expect was to see the swirls from the wax being applied. This was on the sides and rear of car. Was the wax not buffed dry or whatever they do to make a hard finish? I took my car back today to have it redone correctly. The guy taking the money had no intention of correcting the horrible wax job. He blamed it on my dirt road. My road didn't make the swirls all over the car. You couldn't see the horrible wax job until the fine dust coated the swirls. I tried to stop payment but lucky for them I used a debit card and not a check. So, I am telling EVERYONE I see not to use them. I work in a hospital, I see people every day I work with, patients and visitors. If I can stop even one person from going there it would make me happy. read more
